Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road)

We couldn’t get a room,the hotel was full booked,but Robin was amazing. The trains had been cancelled. My friend has heart problems and was struggling,so I decided to get a hotel for the night. Robin rang all the other premier inn,hotels for us,as our phones both needed charging,because we had been out from 10am and waited 5 hours for trains. He made us a cup of tea,while we waited. All the hotels were booked up,we were in tears by this time,my friend didn’t have enough heart medication for the night. Robin,was just unbelievably helpful. He even found us a taxi that would bring us all the way back to Blackburn,we are in our sixties and not fit to be sitting in a train station all night.we are eternally grateful to Premier Inn for training your staff to perfection,but to Robin for your kindness and thoughtfulness,if it wasn’t for you,I don’t know what we would have done. My friend was in desperate need of her meds for her heart. Thankyou,Thankyou,Thankyou. Premier Inn from now on.No trains.lol

Stayed over as part of a business trip and come here regularly when stopping in Leeds City Centre. Fantastic customer service from Robin and his team, was quick to help and easy check in process. As always room was clean and beds are comfy!!!!

Have been twice in fortnight, with my wife. The hotel is one of the best PI my wife and I have stayed in. On the first occasion we had dinner in the hotel , via the meal deal.The food and service were very good.The breakfast was also very good. On the second occasion we dutifully waited 35 minutes until the 3pm check in time only to be confronted by 6 guest who walked to front of queue without asking if we were waiting.This annoying as we always ask waiting people if they came before us, if we use other PI. Perhaps PI could put up appropriate notices? Slightly disappointed they had not put up Christmas decorations too.

Good location and very well looked after hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice rooms, we had the premier plus one, which was very well designed and cleaned. Handy for local bars and restaurants in the city centre and getting a cab if needed.

Breakfast yuck, poor quality food, undercooked, overpriced, all meats have changed, not for the better, stick to cereal, only item ok is sausage, avoid cooked breakfast, ***********%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%÷π°^^°°°¢$√ Nothing more to say, will not have this again. I stick to spoons, and that's saying something

The Premier Plus room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and at the right temperature for me. The bed was comfortable (I slept like a baby.) Breakfast and dinner was tasty and well presented. I would definitely recommend. Might go back soon.
