I accidentally booked the wrong night and it happens. When I asked the staff member if there was any space that night, he shook his head without even glancing at his computer. Turns out there was multiple rooms online at the same premier inn... When I then turned up at the 3pm to check in (i had early check in on my wrong booking), there was 1 staff member trying to check in a long line of guests. We were told to use the self-service however for 80% of people while waiting in line, it displayed an error code and so each person would then have to join the back of the increasingly long line. The room was a "new experience" room.... If I had brought along a mistress for a sleezy motel night. The "new experience" room would have certainly been a stereotypical perfect fit. When it came to breakfast, Again they were short staffed with only one very nice lady trying to both clean up, sit down guests and answer questions. Ive stayed at multiple premier inns all over the place. Never have I written a review as most things I let go or can be understandable. This specific hotel is a disappointment to the Premier inn brand...
