Ulasan Kesang Laut Hotel

bilik air kurang memuaskan...perlu diperbaiki...tv rosak...pengudaraan tanda yg kurang baik...

Saya telah memesan kamar dan membayar tetapi saat check-in - resepsionis mengatakan kepada saya bahwa tidak ada kamar yang tersedia..sangat frustrasi !! Tidak akan memesan dengan hotel ini lagi meskipun mereka mengembalikan uang saya..

Sejauh ini hotelnya baik-baik saja.. alangkah baiknya jika manajemen hotel dapat meningkatkan layanan kebersihan. Sayangnya, saya mendapat kamar yang sepertinya tidak ada sesi pembersihan sebelum kami check in di kamar. Perabotannya tertata dengan baik tetapi saya menemukan debu di bawah tempat tidur, sedikit sampah dan beberapa serangga di ketel listrik. Agak terkejut tapi tetap melanjutkan hidup karena aku hanya butuh tempat tinggal. Pokoknya tingkatkan layanannya lagi dan hotel ini akan menjadi luar biasa

The hotel is terrible, sorry to say that. The worst hotel in the history of my travels, the toilet bowl is very dirty, unprofessional staff.. going down to the lobby to check out at around 8:00 in the morning and no one in the front desk, waiting for almost an hour, finally decided to call trip.com and inform with my situation. Finally after an hours staff is reaching to the lobby. Not recommended especially for parents with kids.

All good, but condition hotel is to old. Need more clean up, will get better for guest to visit. For me all ok and get better price for one night.

Listed as 24 hrs front office, however, when I arrived at around 3pm, no one was at the counter and the glass door was locked. Only a phone no. provided on a cardboard & asked to contact someone if help is needed. The staff appeared after around 20 mins. The next morning when I was going out at around 9am, I told the counter staff to have my room cleaned. I was asked to leave the key card so that the room can be cleaned. I left the key card. However, when I came back at around 4pm, I was told that the room has not been cleaned. This is rather disappointing as I was expecting for the room to be cleaned since it has way passed the normal check in time. I finally told the staff to have my towels changed and did not asked for the room to be clean again as it will be inconvenient for the room to be cleaned while we are in the room. The level of service is really below par.

Hotel rumah kedai dalam area kampung. Selesa dan murah. Sesuai untuk persinggahan

Walaupun jauh dari Bandar,ianya hotel budget yg selesa,untuk mncari hotel ni agk payah sbb dlm kawasaki kampung

Tiba² Tiada bekalan Air. Terpaksa mandi di bilik lain.

ok. depan bilik ada ruang besar utk makan ramai-ramai... meja makan besar disediakan.
