Exellent clean ammenities. Could do with more units. Staff cheerful & helpful. Poll would benefit from being heated. Would suggest solar panels. Handy to shops & the cheapest fuel. Our drive through site was nice and level and handy to the ammenities.

Absolutely beautiful Park. The standard of cleaning is second to none. All the staff are absolutely fantastic and always willing to help out. They've done a lot of refurbishing since we last visited about 12 months ago and also put in new cabins. The park is looking fantastic. My wife and I love this place. It's quiet, clean and friendly atmosphere is exactly what we're looking for. The operators are obviously aiming for a Five Star park and as far as I'm concerned, they've exceeded this. Well done! keep up the good work.

We were very happy with our experience staying at the park. We were travelling with a caravan and found the sites to be level and a great size. The facilities were very new and very well maintained. The camping ground is well placed and close to shops and is located in a quiet area . Will be back!!

Another fantastic stay at BIG4 Albury Tourist Park. Always a pleasure to be greeted by friendly staff and enjoy the ambience of this great park. So close to shops and tavern and ideally located to explore the area. Lovely ensuite amenities and grounds are always immaculate. I’ll be back.

We stayed here to be close to family who live in albury! It was clean, spacious, lovely. I loved it & would most definitely return when I go on vacation to Australia again (from Scotland) The only thing I was keen on was the bunk beds due to having 2 young kids both with autism, other than that it was perfect!

Amenities were extremely clean, had a drive through site so no need to unhitch which was great for an overnight stay. Staff very accommodating let us stay in the rec room until footy was finished left us the key to lock up. Would definitely come back.

We loved our two-night stay. We managed to book one of the two drive-through sites which are good, if a little tight turning in/out. The pool felt cooler than 24C in the afternoon we had a dip, but was lovely and refreshing after a day out on our cycles. We didn't use the laundry facilities and the bathrooms were large, clean and very good. Our only concern, as on other campsites with similar set-ups, is with this size of 'family unit', families tend to congregate in them making it sometimes a wait to use the toilet or have a shower. Grounds are lovely and staff all friendly. Location worked well for our short stay ... two pub/restaurants within easy walking distance and Aldi just a quick walk across the road. It was a great stay and would stop here again if passing through Albury.

The service is in the top 3 places in Australia that we have stayed. The booking online and checkin was so easy. The ladies that we dealt with were wonderful and nothing was to much trouble. The park was very tidy and clean, the cabin was great. We needed to stay due to a family medical emergency, you made it a trouble free stay. Thank you so much for everything.

We recently stayed one night in a cabin and we're surprised with how clean it was, even the exhaust fan in the bathroom was spotless. The interior is dated, old wood paneling and a few things need fixing such as the bathroom draw front fell off and flew light switches switch part seems to pop out a bit when turned on. But otherwise we had a great time and a great sleep. The bed was great, nice tv, nice pool and amenities room. Playground was great for my toddler.
