Check-in was easy. Staff very courteous. Big continental breakfast. Actual cable tv. Complimentary make up wipe is the best I've ever used. I painted my face for an event and the 1 wipe took all the make up off.
There might be more food options close by but I was in a hurry and didn't notice my surroundings. I just needed a place to sleep in Henderson.

Very disappointing. 3rd floor corridor smelled like cigarette sand **** smike
Drawers in room chest wouldn’t stay shut, pictures on wall crooked, drapes wouldn’t open.Bath tub moved up and down with loud popping noise when used, toilet ran constantly. Food area had no recycling bin.
Room was not cleaned after first night
AND the price for the 3 rd night was 250% higher than night 1 and 2 !

The pictures for this property must have been taken 20 years ago. The carpet and furniture in the room were stained. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I would never stay here again.

Lots of homeless wandering around outside. Booked it because it had an indoor pool with hot tub. Was told in arrival, hot tub was broken. During my time there, the elevator broke. Only positives, hot water in the shower and the variety which was offered for breakfast.

Arrived on Wednesday afternoon without a car and was delighted to find that a light meal was available for guest. Saved us the trouble of walking to a restaurant. Nice room (somewhat dated) with space to spread out including a small table and chairs in the kitchenette. Not bad for the money.

As soon as I entered it reaked of mustiness. The sheets on both beds in the room I got were dirty. I let staff know; I asked for a different room then was told they were all booked. Staff then told me they could change the sheets. I shouldn't have to wait for you to change the sheets all because you failed to check the room beforehand. I asked staff to call up the manager because this was ridiculous. The girl working then tells me "I can't call her babe unless it's an emergency like a fire". As a manager she should be on call for this type of situations that the staff on sight has no knowledge as to how to handle.

No shampoo when I was check in toilet was plugged up and a plunger was in front of door that not cool I’ve been to hotels and sorry that not cool I should I’ve been comp or discount I was not
