Check in nanti malam, pelayanannya to check in Kamar bersih bagus dan perlengkapan mandi besar termasuk pasta gigi dan obat kumur air penuh tekanan dan handuk bersih panas seprai bersih tidak ada noda semua staf sangat ramah secara keseluruhan bagus 👍

Hotel yang luar biasa AAAAAA 10++++++++ SANGAT DIREKOMENDASIKAN

Saya menginap di kamar 6209 dari 13 hingga 10 September 72021. Toilet di kamar ini tidak berfungsi! Tidak seorang pun di switchboard pernah menerima pemberitahuan dari konter di lantai bawah bahwa mereka harus mengantre lebih dari setengah jam! Staf teknik datang untuk memperbaiki toilet tiga kali hingga hari terakhir masih tidak berfungsi! Kami membuang banyak waktu menunggu toilet diperbaiki dan hotel tidak meminta maaf! Pada dasarnya hotel tidak memiliki layanan! Namun, lokasi hotel masih diinginkan!

It’s fantastic-luxury. Huge room with an in-suite living room. It’s on the ***** so get to get around. The garden pool is great - small but have hot and cold waters. Can also go down to 4/f for the bigger pool deck and palazzo pool deck. Resort fee was $170 for 3 nights. I paid $160 all in per night and it was really worth the value but of course, I got a great deal.

It was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas ***** instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

Closed to the convention center and easy to access to most of the facilities! Friendly reception and great house keeping services. Thank you!

The room is quite big. Good for family of 4. Come with a living room and 2 TV. A deep functional bathtub with separate shower and toilet. Location is good as it inside vegas *****. The downside is that the fridge is not usable as it is packed full and they will charge you if the item is taken out of the fridge regardless you consume it or not. For family, we usually have fresh milk for the kids. It barely fit 1 bottle of 1 gallon milk. Another problem is the walk from carpark to room is confusing.

Location is great. Service from the room was lacking, calls to anyone took ages for someone to pick up. At end of stay, luggage service was very well organised. Overall a memorable stay.

Room is big and nice. We very ealry arrive at hotel, but staff help us, so we can ealry check in without extra money.

Check in took 2hours due to some outage of the system.Dissapointing system. Room was enough spacious as expected. Amenities not enough. No complimentary water…

Fortunately, after going through the 2 hour ordeal of checking in to the Venetian at 1145 pm, I was given a room at the Palozzo next door and a 3/4 mile walk through two casinos, restaurant row, Grand Canal shops lugging luggage. No such problems at the Palazzo, where service and desk staff were very helpful.
