Really easy check in process, very welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely 😊 Pool and Spa was great, slightly heated which was nice. Free Laundry rooms. I liked also having a small kitchen, was very handy. Rooms cleaned daily! Beautiful views. The elevators have a mind of their own lol but it’s a good conversation starter with other hotel guests. Overall we would defs recommend to others and be back again!!

Good location, good service, early checkout time though

Great hotel with great value. If you are traveling in a big group I highly recommend it! I enjoyed staying there. However, I had problem with the 3rd party reservation, but I got my money back in 2 weeks. But it was annoying that they charge me again and not giving it back to me for 2 weeks.

The room is large and fully functional. The location is quite convenient. The front desk will provide mineral water tomorrow. Water is very important in this arid area.

The room is not big, but the price is quite expensive, similar to other hotels. There is no breakfast, there is only a trash can in the bathroom, and I even saw cockroaches...

The location is very convenient. The bus stop is nearby, and it is easy to access shops and other hotels. If you are a Hilton member, you will receive a mineral water exchange ticket at the convenience store when you check in. It seems that the room will not be cleaned unless you order it. I stayed for 3 nights, but the towels were not changed. I noticed that I was charged twice for the room rate, so I asked the front desk, but they did not understand, so I spoke to a different person again and they said, "You are right!" Even though I told them from the beginning. It took me 30 minutes to understand.

We paid about $70 for the accommodation through Trip.com. After arriving at the hotel, we paid $110, including the $250 (deposit) we had been told beforehand and the $31.75 we paid on arrival. Because the room we had reserved was not available, they charged us $78.25 ($110-$31.75) as a cleaning fee, making it look like we had upgraded for free. However, after our third protest, we asked them what the cleaning fee was, and they admitted that they had made a mistake and refunded it to us. Please be careful if you are charged a cleaning fee.

Excellent hotel in every aspect, especially the location. Large, comfortable and clean room. I recommend it!
