Ulasan Gold Coast Hotel and Casino

Came here to stay for the EDC music festival, which necessarily involves staying up late and sleeping in to the late morning. There was some sort of disruptive event every morning that caused a huge lack of sleep. First three nights, there was construction with heavy machinery in the room next door. The fourth night, the security guard performed a “wellness check” on the entire floor, and barged into every room with a do not disturb sign placed on the door. On the fifth night, they performed a test of the fire alarm system, which involved a siren for about 5 minutes. This specific activity was so disruptive it was almost funny. Almost. On the sixth night, they performed maintenance on the building boiler, which knocked out hot water for the early morning. Through the entire stay, the gym was closed for “maintenance”, although it looked pristine. The hotel is mediocre. Pool is nice. I would not recommend this hotel unless it’s much cheaper than other comparable hotels in the area for all these disruptions. Maybe this would be ok if you sleep during the night, but for a Vegas raver, this didn’t work out well.

I was there for a business convention

I was pleasantly surprised, room was very nice (newly remodeled), employees were friendly. Can't wait to go back!

The trip.com said check in time would be from 4pm to 6am the next morning and we went there around 4am and the front desk said our room is canceled since no show, the latest that the will accept will be 2am and imagine you arrive at 4am, it is tiring experiences for you to explain why and how your room got canceled. After a while, the front desk helped us to get our room back

I'm not much for ********, that said, the pool and jacuzzi were super relaxing, the food and amenities are worth the return trip. Absolutely returning

Great place to stay and enjoy

No room cleaning one day among four day stay. Always delay to provide appropriate service whenever required.

We booked three different reservations on *********** that were consecutive to each other. when we got to Gold Coast and spoke to receptionist she was able to combine all three so we stayed in one room the entire time! Is was great of them to be able to do that for us!!!

Hotel was largely spaced and bathroom was renovated and modern. The hallways and ****** were smelly with Smoke but not too bad. Cleaning service came absurdly early at 8-9am so we didn’t get our room cleaned as we were always still asleep.

For the price, really good. I got this booking super cheap through a third party site. The bed was a lot firmer than I like, the pillows less volumous than I prefer. The shower head was a narrow spray, and the shower door is deliberately open so you flood your bathroom every time you take a shower. Still, it was a serviceable room and I have no major complaints.

The hotel is dated but the staff is nice. The variety of slot machines is limited. Overall it us good for its value.

Wallpaper peeling off the walls, exposed outlet and another that didn't work. TV didn't work and they wouldn't fix it. Paper thin pillows and barely a sheet on the bed. Service at two restaurants were horrible and two different vending machines were broken down. This was the worst stay we have had ever in all our travels. Don't stay here.

I had the best experience. The rooms were very nice and clean. The employees were very helpful and polite . Way beyond what I expected will always stay here when I visit Las Vegas

We have stayed in the GoldCoast hotel a minimum of 10 times. We tried to book thru the hotel and was told that they were booked. Try a third party. So we did. I booked thru Trip.com. I will say that the room was neat and clean as usual. Their mattresses were great. We ask for a frig due to a medical reason. The frig stunk up the room. Bad odor when you opened the door. The view we had was to a block wall. It has been the worse view ever.I am one that likes to look out the window. We only ate at the TGIF restaurant, food was good. Staff at the hotel was very nice as usual. ***** were fun. Smoke odor is getting better over the years. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and scared both of us awake. We had only had about 5 hours of sleep, This did not make us happy. When we mentioned the alarm we were told "I don't know I wasn't here when it went off". Other then that we love the goldcoast.
