室內室外的環境挺不錯，頂樓的室外泳池真的很哇塞，室內的健身房，器材也是蠻多的，早餐是比較豐富的，花樣很多，可以嚐嚐

環境不錯，有早餐。

因為經常國外出差，總體感覺房間很不錯，衹是早餐相比較這個價位的酒店有點太簡單了。 距離展館比較近。

I really like the property. The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The only complaint was waiting for the elevators after breakfast. Over all it was a very nice place to stay.

Reeta was helpful however one of the room attendants stole money from us while we were at breakfast. The house keeping manager was dismissive saying that we should keep our items in a safe. Which is not the point when we didn’t order room service. It seemed very clear that the house keeping manager was on her new employees side also note we were not provided a do not disturb carton! She was also a new employee,no offer for a discount or refund. This hotel also has no cameras which is very strange. Also there was black mold in the corners of the bathroom. And the sheets are only folded not completely swapped for new ones. The reason why I booked this hotel is because it’s family friendly but I would not stay here again.

Nice. Clean. Friendly staff. Great view of the Sphere from the Rooftop sun deck. Monorail station across the street at the Westport.

Hotel was pretty clean. Modern. Staff were pleasant. Pool was unavailable & said we could use the next door hotel pool but that was inconvenient. Breakfast buffet was crowded & hard to find a table. Kept running out of food-but quickly replenished. Food was hot & good. A little further from the ***** (was behind us) & Westgate Monorail stop (in front of us) but still walkable. We stayed on the 15th FL & was quiet. Overall an excellent experience.

No one told us that the pool would be closed for repainting and that we could use an affiliate pool around the corner. Tried to cancel our last night 2 days before but there apparently is no one who works the front desk that can cancel reservations from a third party. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Rude front desk. People smoking in a nonsmoking building, dirty room, pool closed when advertised it’s open. Literal gum stuck to the remote.
