Loving it, nice staff, good area

房間設施陳舊，洗手盆下水管道堵塞、微波爐轉盤不轉，房間衞生欠佳，床上沒被子或毛毯，要去前台要。服務及早餐尚可。

此酒店屬於經濟型酒店，疫情期間早餐衹有餅乾和蛋糕及水果汁一小盒，不宜作為正式的早餐選項。其他服務尚可接受。

We checked in late at night and realized our room was not completely clean. The beds were made and towels were hung but the tub was dirty and the bed had a substance on the sheets so I’m not sure what happened. It seemed like someone had been in the room after the cleaning was done. It was too late for us to do anything so we dealt with it in the morning. They recleaned the room for us and it was much better after that. The bed was otherwise comfortable as were the pillows. The bed cover was worn but still okay. Walls in the room were the same-worn but okay. The beds only have a sheet and thin top cover- no blanket. We had to borrow a couple of blankets from my daughter who lives in the area because we were cold (I sleep in a cold room.) I saw another family carry a stack of blankets out so that is an area that could be improved. The common areas have stained up carpeting and are worn but are okay. The breakfast was a typical continental style which was fine. Road noise and hallway noise were a big issue so if you need quiet, it could be a problem. No offer to compensate for the bad night was made which was disappointing given the bed situation. Otherwise, we were mostly content. It’s an affordable place so you can’t expect amazing. I’m not a picky person and am usually content if I feel things are clean and safe. I’ll stay there again, but if you are someone who wants things super clean or current, this probably isn’t the place for you.

The freeway is right outside which might not be a problem, but our room had single pane windows and what felt like no insulation. The traffic noise was very loud. The shower was a trickle. Some light switches didn't work (turn on the light), not sure if bulb was burnt out or switch didn't work.

Service was great. Breakfast was servicable. There was an issue with plumbing in our bathroom and the water not draining in the tub or sink, however staff readily adressed the issue.

This property needs rehabbing. We were placed on the first floor, but were uncomfortable with a window that opened limited, but opened. And there was a large stain on one of the sheets. They moved us to the second floor. Better, but the sink drained so slowly it backed up and there was no drain-o on site. The option would have been a 3rd room. The breakfast was awful. Nothing but presweetened stuff, except for the bread, milk, and cuties. The staff did the best they could, but what they have to work with…..

Pretty dirty and dingy carpet and bedding. Not very clean and don’t smell very good. Decent location off the highway but if you have kids and are on a family trip I would find somewhere else nicer to stay. Needs a renovation

This hotel is gross. The room is so dirty, smells like smoke and the bed is hard as a rock. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room smelled old and musty. The breakfast was meager. The staff was personable and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice view of the Organ Mountains. The breakfast barely qualified as breakfast though. I would return to this motel.

We stayed at 3 different super 8 properties over a 2 week period. Each property had some furniture items that needed repairs or replaced. Carpet in one needed to be cleaned/replaced. Sink in one had no stopper. Not a great thing when you have contacts. Refrigerators in all 3 properties we not the same. Some had freezer compartments, which is great for refreezing cooler packs, some did not.

Staff was very helpfull. I like the easy way in and out of the property!!! The king bed was awesome problaby one of the best!!!
