Located in the city center, the hotel offers guests an unforgettable stay. The hotel's design is full of oriental style, combining modern comfort with traditional charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete facilities, luxurious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and the staff is professional and helpful. The hotel's dining options are rich and varied, whether it is authentic Asian cuisine or international cuisine, the quality is satisfactory. In addition, the hotel also has a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool, providing an ideal place to relax.

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

Good location. Free coffee in front of the Front Desk. The only improved area for the Front Desk is the room selection and clean up speed. Should help the quests for their prefer rooms (I prefer back side for quiet and they put me to the room facing the road) and allow them to check it at the earliest possible when they arrive early. The early arrived guests could be very tired.

The stolen hotel money should be an interruption to the health of the aunt. The front desk manager is a gentleman. After communicating with the hotel many times, the hotel is still in charge of the hotel. Responsible for the lost money was returned to us during the communication. Speaking Western languages during the communication almost improved my oral communication ability.

The lady at the front desk was nice and enthusiastic, and she even upgraded me to a penthouse suite. But the breakfast was a bit bad. It is very good to live in this area at this price.
