Unfortunately, the heating only had the ability to cool the room, it was 38 degrees when we arrived and it took approximately 5 hours to drop to 28 degrees.

The room is relatively new, the environment is OK, and the breakfast is a bit simple

all very good, recommended. Accommodation as advertised.

The experience is too bad, equipment, sanitation, service are not good

這家不錯的，附近吃飯超市都很方便，房間也很乾凈，唯一不足就是要是靠馬路的房型的話早上會有點馬路的聲音，但是整體還行，早餐還可以的

Andrea, Catalina and their team were very helpful and welcoming. I will miss Santiago. The experience at the Hampton Inn in Los Condes as my home away from home is very memorable and I hope to return. Very clean and modern property! One recommendation: I wish the pickup or drop off was not on the very busy street Ave Manquehue. Instead, guests should tell their shuttles or Uber drivers to drop off/pick up on the side street such as Reverendo Padre Werner Fromm. ¡Muchas gracias!

The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is very good; the fruit and pastries are delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I traveled with friends, and we both had personal notes in our rooms thanking us for both rooms being gold status. That’s was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was awesome great location very friendly staff wonderful accommodations. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family and friends that are coming to Santiago.

Great location at Marinas! The room is comfortable and clean! Breakfast is ok! There’s a smartfit (gym) near the hotel, parque arauca is not so far, wu can go walking there. The view from the restaurant and from the gym is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!
