Ulasan Eloisa Royal Suites

I recently stayed at the Eloisa Royal Suites Hotel for two nights. Overall, the experience was okay but nothing particularly special. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite, although not overly friendly. My room was clean and had the basic amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a small coffee maker. However, the furniture looked a bit dated and the mattress was too firm for my liking. One major downside was the noise. The hotel is located right next to a busy road, and the sound of vehicles passing by — especially at night — was really annoying and made it hard to sleep. The windows didn’t seem to block out much of the noise, which was disappointing. The location is convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — which was a big plus. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast was quite basic: toast, eggs, and coffee. Wi-Fi was free but a bit slow during the evenings. In short, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for something affordable and centrally located, but be prepared for noise and limited comfort.

It is good place location, The service is a good to guiding me that I asked him where is the pool? He guiding me to went to the pool. I felt like I was grateful to have you as well. I hope this place is really good and amazingly cool. There’s place is near to that airport, Mactan, Cebu City, Philippines. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend this place ever.

staff are very friendly, the bistro is soo clean and staff are friendly..

Room is spacious, has a mini fridge and hot water facilities. They have available parking, there's a cafe at the lobby where you can order. Location is great as it is beside The Outlets where there are dining options, grocery and shopping and it is along the natiinal highway. There is also free transport from and to airport.

Perfect place, nice rooms and very accommodating staff especially Ms. Chanly, Receptionist and Guards as well. Also, I love their breakfast buffet. Definitely, we will go back here.

We initially booked a standard room, but upon arriving at the front desk, we were informed that no standard rooms were available. Despite the website still showing availability, the staff explained that they had forgotten to update the system. They offered to upgrade us to a premier room, highlighting the presence of a swimming pool. We were excited by this and confirmed the booking, assuming the room would be conveniently located near the pool. However, upon check-in, we were assigned a room in another building on the second floor. When we finally reached our room, my husband and I were extremely disappointed to find that it was much smaller and more cramped than it appeared online. The lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably, leaving us dissatisfied with our choice. Adding to our disappointment, the walk to our room was unpleasant, as there were plates, spoons, and forks left in the hallway—a clear indication of poor cleanliness. I nearly stepped on some of these items, but thankfully, my husband noticed and warned me. Once inside the room, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. After waiting around 20 minutes for the staff to address the issue, we were moved to another room where the air conditioning was working. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom sink in the new room was clogged, and the bidet holder was detached from the wall, further compounding our frustration. On the second day, my husband had to leave for work early in the morning and returned around lunchtime with food on his motorbike. The staff, however, did not allow him to bring the motorbike closer to our room, forcing him to walk approximately 150 meters in the intense heat. While they offered to deliver the food to our room, this was far from a convenient solution. To make matters worse, the front desk staff and security personnel were consistently unfriendly throughout our stay, leaving us with an overwhelmingly negative impression. Overall, this has been the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had. We deeply regret choosing this property, as it was absolutely not worth the money we spent.

Mention strengths or good work, then address areas that need improvement..I booked to my sister w/ Her family & I pay extra for breakfast buffet but breakfast just had Rice,Bread & pancakes. Instead I booked this coming June 15-16,2025 w/ 3 Premier Rooms, June 18-19 & 21-22 but..All I cancelled. I really disappointed 😞

The hotel is on the street we're all the cars are driving at all hours I could not sleep at all

Very disappointed by this stay small small room no working tv, the room was dirty no work well shower big amounts of maintenance needed btw if you use or want to use the shuttle service it's very hard to get it as hotel demanding booking night before and seem impossible to get it. Storing of bags in open so don't leave valuables. I hurt my leg in the room because there was dangerous sharp items. In room. Harassed on telephone constantly to leave before check out at 12pm hotel staff waiting outside the room at check out stressed and angry at this because we where leaving but just had to harrase us to leave so hear is your 1 star review that you have earned tbank you po😡 Won't allow you to leave untill room is inspected aswell

Great Stay at Eloisa Royal Suites! I had a wonderful experience staying at Eloisa Royal Suites in Lapu-Lapu City. The hotel is conveniently close to Mactan-Cebu International Airport, and their free airport shuttle made my arrival and departure super easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean, well-equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and nice toiletries provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it had a great selection, including a made-to-order egg station. The hotel also has a small pool and a gym, which were nice bonuses. The location is great, with malls and local markets nearby. The only thing to note is that rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a quieter room. Overall, I highly recommend Eloisa Royal Suites for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Would definitely stay here again!

It was an amazing vacation. The staff are really approachable. We went outside when we got back, everything was clean. They fetched me at the airport even its 11pm. It's good because there's no need for a cash deposit. Excellent!
