Ulasan Lanzhou Junhe Hotel (Xiguan Metro Station)

Great location. You can take the airport bus to West Railway Station and take the Metro to the hotel. Just 1 minute outside of the Metro station. You can eat at the restaurant on the third floor or walk across the street to the night market in the pedestrian street. The Zhongsan bridge is just 5 minutes away.

Very near to Xiguan grand mosque and Iron bridge of Yellow river. 10 minutes away from Zhengning night market. Overall good experience

Location is excellent. Shops and restaurants abounds the minute you step out of the hotel front door. The metro is right there and zhibgshan bridge is minutes walk away.

Hotel location is the best value for money. Walking distance from the Yellow River Steel Bridge and Xiguan Mosque. Metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel. The front-desk guy was friendly and they provided us with extra water bottles. However the standard room I booked had no window but it wasn't clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Water mixer of the wash basin was confusing and we figured out how to get the hot water on the second day.

The power card is broken, the hair dryer is rubbish, the shower water is pitifully small, not worth the price, poor service, such a rubbish hair dryer………………………………

When I checked in, I was upgraded to a 1.8 king bed room for free. The small window was fake and I was given two coffee coupons. The reservation included breakfast, but the receptionist may not have noticed my order message and was told that there was no breakfast. Later, a colleague next to me reminded me and I was given two beef noodle coupons. The room I checked in was not big, and it felt inconsistent with the positioning of a high-end hotel. The landline phone did not prompt the front desk phone number and wifi password. I could only use my mobile phone to call the front desk to ask. The bathroom was also so-so, and the sink had cold water. I later asked the cleaning lady, Then I realized that I need to turn the faucet all the way to get hot water. I wanted to drink coffee in the afternoon while staying at the hotel, but was told that the equipment was broken and I didn’t know when it would be repaired. I didn’t know why the water was blocked. I was speechless. Anyway, it didn’t feel like a high-end hotel.

I came in the evening and was worried about not being able to find a parking space. I had been on the phone since the afternoon. Finally, I found a lift parking lot. The elevator smelled like urine. The air conditioner in the room was broken. It was still extremely hot even at the lowest setting. It’s really boring. The most important thing is that Ctrip’s price is more expensive than booking on site.

The room is very large, with a great view and convenient transportation. The Xiguan subway station is right at the door. It is very close to the famous Zhengning Road Night Market Street and can be reached in ten minutes on foot. Turn left and walk for 6 or 7 minutes to the Yellow River Iron Bridge. It is very convenient. They also provide one free afternoon coffee. It is very friendly to tourists visiting Lanzhou. I recommend staying here to experience it.

Comfortable and pleasant environment
