Love a family holiday with no stress! Minutes from the airport I just waited for a taxi (€10) arrived early before check in, got free coffees in block 3’s pool whilst waiting and kids changed into their swimming gear and jumped in the pool. When we got the call we were give the keys to too block 4 room 25. Great apartment, very clean, lots of space and 30sec walk to the beach! I walked to Playa Honda to do a shop in Lidl for the 10 days a day got a taxi back m, and topped up with other bits from the local Spar! Pool area nice, kids were safe and space and clean, no fights for sunbed!s! Will be returning,!

We stayed here in July 2024, we booked it last minute and got a good deal via jet 2. We was a family of 4 - two adults and two children age 3 and age 5. All I can say was WOW… It was so relaxing, right next to the beach and the airport, the rooms were very very clean. It was like being at home but on holiday it was so comfortable. The apartment was so spacious, and you could sunbathe with the sun loungers on your porch area too! Each block had their own swimming pool, the kids loved it, best part about it is that it wasn’t crowded. There was a bar area at the pool which had lovely snacks, food, and especially cocktails! The shops and restaurants were literally a few minutes walk, there’s also a little arcade. There’s more restaurants and shops further round the main road about 10/15 mins walk. Being right next to the airport was a bonus if you love watching the planes fly right over the beach, approx 10 mins walk down the path you can watch the planes landing at the airport, the kids loved it. There’s a little park for kids. There’s also family bikes. Our sister in law stayed in another hotel in Puerto de Carmen, so we visited each other regularly , 10 mins taxi ride, very cheap. She preferred our apartments to her hotel, she said it was perfect and the location was better as where she was was very very hilly, but at these apartments it’s not at all which was also better for the kids. The staff were very very friendly and helpful, we had a late pick up time for the flight home so was able to keep our suitcases a secure room free of charge. We would 100% recommend to anyone who would like a more relaxing family holiday, perfect for couples too, and perfect area for people who need a more accessible holiday I.e. wheelchair users. There are things to do in other areas i.e. water parks, zoos etc. but unfortunately we missed out as the package including transfers where only on certain days, and we only enquired a couple of days before going home🙈 so I’d say if you’re looking for a day/trip out enquire about them first thing! The spontaneous last minute decision was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for making our first holiday as a family of 4 one to remember!

This is definitely our place to stay when visiting Lanzarote. Just visited for the eighth time. We stayed in block 2. Apartment is quite basic but got everything we need and spotlessly clean. English tv if you want to watch any tv. Walk in shower which was great. What makes this place too are the lady’s on reception. So friendly, helpful and cannot do enough for you if you need anything. Thankyou for another great stay and see you next year!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. This time we booked a superior apartment just to be closer to the beach. We were allocated a room overlooking the pool in Block 3. The apartment we had been allocated last time in Block 8 was much nicer. The apartment in block 3 is desperately in need of a refurb. The shower was over the bath and it was not nice. The shower head was rusty and looked like it was about to fall off. The bath was disgusting. The patio was much smaller than the one we had in Block 8 and you had to pull the sunbeds out next to the pool as there wasn’t enough room for 2 sunbeds and the table. The sunbeds were not nice and needed a good clean or better still replacing. On arrival you are given a voucher for a free coffee at Block 4. It was closed on the day we arrived so we were told we could use them the next day. When we tried to open the door to the bar it was locked and we were shooed away!! Didn’t bother going back! The pool was absolutely freezing. Very disappointing and not worth the money we paid. Fortunately we love Matagorda and Puerto del Carmen so had a good holiday.

We have stayed at the apartments previously and had a great time, the apartments are clean and well located. On this occasion not as good as my wife had a pair of expensive training shoes stolen from under the bed. The apartment staff spent days defending there cleaning staff when in reality there was simply no other person who could have taken them. This spoilt our holiday, please be careful if leaving anything of value lying around.

In response to my review Vince the owner said they tried to contact me this never happened Vince also stated that any food not eaten is questioned that didn’t happen I gave an honest review of a poor experience and Vince responded with saying I was contacted and I refused to discuss this is also intrue
