Hôtel l'Alpazur

There didn’t seem to be enough staff around the bar and reception areas. Also it should be made more clearer that the spa is an extra cost. We used it twice thinking it was complimentary only to get the bill on check out which wasn’t the best. Also breakfast over priced for the same thing every day

Arrived at 5 pm on Saturday .. check in was very fast and we were given our room key. Parked at the back of the hotel and this had access to the hotel and near toilets and ski boot room which is free to use with lockers.. our room was on the second floor and the hotel has no lifts .. so taking up luggage needed a few trips.. we settled into our room had our evening meal and were able to get our ski passes from the tourist office opposite and ski hire equipment on the night of arrival.. the room was clean and comfortable and there was lots of storage space for suitcases and clothes .. tv and kettle with tea / coffee making facilities.. we were lucky enough to have a mountain and river view.. it’s stunning … we ventured out the following morning and the hotel is approx 150 yards from the ski lifts over the bridge .. so not too far to begin your skiing .. the area has lots of shops to get basics like milk bread should you require. We stayed half board and breakfast was continental , hot beverage machines, juices , jams , cold meats cheese , croissants bread and choc spread etc.. they also had bacon sausage and eggs … this was served from 7.30am as the ski lifts don’t open until 9am … evening meals were served at 7pm and we had such a great experience of evening meals .. we had pasta soups bread salads fondue .. beef and chicken fondue .. and dessert.. my partner wasn’t keen on all the desserts on offer but they offered him a cheese board instead and I saw other people being given alternatives if they didn’t want what was on the menu … the food was amazing with great service and it was so much better than expected so honestly don’t hesitate to go half board … we had a fabulous stay at this hotel .. it was very warm and comfortable .. the staff don’t speak English very well but we’re always prepared to use google translate to assist… the manager even helped us start our car one day as our battery was flat … can’t fault this place and it’s a lovely resort for skiers with everything you need on the doorstep of this hotel.. i look forward to perhaps returning to this hotel one day and I would highly recommend it !!

Great location with direct access to the lifts. Otherwise low standard and particularly bad service for us. We clearly suffered food poisoning from the hotel owned Creperie (6 people out of 9 sick), which was neither apologized for nor compensated in any way.

A fuir: Alors qu'on avait réservé une table pour 9, on nous apprend en arrivant que notre table avait été donnée à d'autres personnes.Le servir a été très long : la raclette à mis du temps à arriver.Pendant 2h nous avons eu droit à une famille qui avait 1 bébé et 5 enfants qui n'ont pas arrêté d'hurler,pleurer et grimper sur les meubles sans,que les parents ne disent rien.Et cerise sur le gâteau,au moment de payer,plus aucun serveur n'était là et on nous a traité de Parisiens. Pour clôturer le tout, les couteaux à raclette étaient tout gras de fromage du service d'avant et ld sol était tout collant.Les toilettes sans savon ,robinetterie mal installée, le sol dans le même état que celui de la salle de restaurant,un cable electrique apparent. ..

Dovendo soggiornare una notte nei pressi del Moncenisio abbiamo trovato con google maps questo albergo. Per la prenotazione è stato necessario pagare l intero ammontare in anticipo. Dal sito offre la possibilità di prenotare solo la camera, camera con colazione mezza pensione o pensione completa. Essendo in giro in moto, Noi preferiamo optare per la mezza pensione per un totale di 154€(se si penotava solo la camera erano 75€ in totale). Nell'offerta NON viene assolutamente specificato in cosa consiste la mezza pensione. Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato una giornata particolarmente favorevole al gironzolare con la moto così decidiamo verso le 14 di raggiungere l albergo per evitare di prendere Nella hall della struttura non c'è nessuno. Nessun campanello per richiamare l'attenzione. Dopo qualche minuto di inutile attesa mi dirigo verso il bar dove chiedo informazioni sulla camera. Una ragazza mi dici di attendere un attimo l'arrivo della collega. Vengo raggiunta poco dopo da una ragazza che mi dice,non molto cortesemente, che le camere sono a disposizione a partire dalle sei. Malgrado il tempo alquanto infelice riprendiamo la moto è si va a fare un salto giro per far trascorrere un oretta.( siamo fortunati e nn piove ancora) verso le 15 ritorniamo in albergo e mentre mio marito sistema la moto in garage( uno dei pochi lati positivi di questa struttura) io torno nella hall. La stessa ragazza di prima mi chiede nuovamente cosa voglio,sempre in.modo molto scontroso ed il tutto rigorosamente in francese visto che,all'apparenza in questa struttura nessuno capisce l'italiano! Cmq le dico nuovamente che sto aspettando la camera. Camera che osservando bene la stampa della prenotazione fatta,deve essere disponibile a partire dalle 16. A quel punto la suddetta signorina contabile qlch cosa con la collega e se ne va senza più degnati di attenzione. Raggiunta dal marito usciamo in paese per far passare ancora un po di tempo. Poco dopo le 16 torniamo in albergo. Questa volta alla reception c'è un altra signora ( decisamente più gentile della precedente) a cui spieghiamo che abbiamo riservato una camera. La signora cerca tra le sue carte per qualche minuto, visibilmente imbarazzata, le spiego che la camera è stata prenotata e anche già pagata. Le mostro quindi la stampa della prenotazione e,dopo qualche altro minuto, finalmente trova la nostra camera. Saliamo al piano. La camera all'apparenza non è ppi così male visto anche il tipo di struttura un po datata. Nel bagno un ottimo set di cortesia e persino il bidet! A disposizione un bollitore con the e caffè solubili. C'è anche un piccolo balcone anche se del tutto privo di qualsiasi arredamento tranne che un bicchiere di carta contenente dei mozziconi di sigarette. Se si da poi un'occhiata un po più attenta ai contorni delle pareti non può non saltare all'occhio una bella riga di sporcizia. La nostra camera da direttamente sulla strada e per potersi cambiare necessità che si accostano le imposte

Une découverte très agréable: décoration chaleureuse, chambre spacieuse et cosy, 2 restaurants et un bar attenants (rien que ça !!), un coin lounge pour se poser devant un grand écran TV ou lire un bouquin, les cartes des 2 restaurants prêtes à satisfaire tous les palais. Mais avant tout: un accueil chaleureux et souriant.
