Good & fast services, the receptionist were friendly and helpfull. Will consider to stay here for the next trip.

A beautiful place to stay right on the edge of the huge forest, lovely monkeys occasionally coming to visit, our one was well behaved.🤣 Short walk to really good bars and half an hour walk inti the main area to watch the sunset fire shows. Very friendly staff and lots of mopeds on hire for a reasonable price.

The location is good if you like to have hopping island tour, easily parking near property. The big minus point is hot water, i didnot noted that they dont have hot water at all, after got totally soaked during hopping island tour, we was almost get sick when stay here bcoz of no hot water, room is small, with similar price u can find a better place! Toilet flushing also has problem, the water take 30mins to be refilled! However the staff is friendly. Reception only open 9-6pm, if u unable to manage ur trip timing, u might miss the chance to check in hahaha

The hotel is quiet, nice place to stay if you like quiet. Room is dusty, probably due to covid and it was close down for long time. Had bad allergies even after changing to new sheets. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Will go back if conditions got better.

Very different experience - Set in Jungle - Enjoyable

If you like monkeys and nature this is definitely a good place to stay. I was nervous to stay here because I'd seen photos of the monkey's, but I did actually enjoy the four nights we stayed. The bed covers are not so good, but other than that we had a good stay. I would recommend having the air con though as the rooms get very hot. Staff are friendly and it was a good easy stay, if you're looking for something a bit different.

T-Star Cottages (Super Room S20): Overall, I had a great stay at T-Star Cottage and would stay here again, especially in the off-season when most other cottages are not occupied. PROS: 1. Very peaceful and mostly quiet setting -- no kids allow, no television, and signs everywhere telling people to please be quiet; 2. Located just off the main road and easily walkable to all areas of Pantai Tengah, and only a 25-30-minute walk to Pantai Chenang; 3. Book tours and rent motorbikes/vehicles on-site, if needed; 4. Mini-mart next door, and only a 5-minute walk to the 24hr mini-mart; 5. Self-service laundry on-site, and full-service laundry just a 5-minute walk away; 6. Walk to the beach in under 5 minutes; 7. Several universal/travel power points and USB ports in the room; 8. Plenty of different lighting options to set the ideal mood; 9. Nice covered balcony/patio to sit outside and enjoy the nature; 10. Green, natural setting with pond, garden, and wildlife; 11. Good reliable Wi-Fi; 12. Friendly, helpful staff; 13. Credit cards accepted, including AMEX; 14. Bed has a shelf area to easily place items within reach; 15. Room fan and aircon all working and fully operational without any issues; 16. Free filtered water refill station at reception/office; 17. Water spicket near front office to wash sand from feet when coming from the beach; 18. Lots of nature around you, including plentiful monkeys of different species, ponds with frogs, flowers, and other wildlife, including an on-site aquarium. CONS: 1. The cottages are located very close to each other, which severely limits privacy -- you basically see all your neighbors; 2. The hot water heater at the shower does not have a hook on the wall to hold the handle/spicket, so you can only use one hand when showering with warm water; 3. Aluminum reflector panels on the balcony ceiling are coming off; also, the balcony roof slowly leaks water onto the patio and outdoor furniture during heavy rainfall; 4. No blackout shades – the existing thinly veiled curtains allow natural light to easily illuminate the room; 5. While the bed itself is comfortable, the linens can be much improved by replacing microfiber pillowcases, blankets, and sheets with a soft cotton material like most other hotels use; 6. No secured/bolted safe deposit box to store valuables; 7. Interior secondary security entry door latch does not work; 8. No toilet paper holder on bathroom wall near toilet; 9. No hot water at bathroom sink; 10. The room is cozy but very small, so there is no room for a desk/chair/workstation, comfortable chair to sit, or end tables or coffee table to place items.

Chalets are dirty, a/c and microwave didn’t work, toilet seat was broken, sink was clogged, sewerage smell outside, clueless youngster staffing front desk, very neglected property definitely don’t recommend this hotel much nicer properties available at $25 night…

This was the best place (and kind of still is) I'd always go for in Langkawi. Quiet and greenery. However things probably are a little bit running down since the pandemic. I get to know that they have shut down the tent and birds area. They have also dried up the ponds. And, I am the only one of two customers this week. Upgraded myself to an Aircon room, and surprisingly they have installed water heater. Services are super friendly as usual. The place isn't in its perfect state compare to previously. But I still love this place. And hopefully, with our support, one day it will come back to its best golden state.

Piccolo resort situato sulla strada principale di Cenang e immerso in un giardino tropicale. I bungalow sono molto spartani e non c'è acqua calda e se la temperatura non è alta diventa un problema fare la doccia. Il personale alla reception c'è solo durante il giorno quindi se hai bisogno dì un'urgenza sono problemi. Avevo prenotato 3 notti ma il terzo giorno siamo andati via per il problema dell'acqua calda,non c'è frigorifero per le bevande ed essendo molto spartano è frequentato da clientela giovane e molto rumorosa. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti a piedi ma non ci sono servizi né bar ,è piena di barche e scooter d'acqua e soprattutto il mare è terribile, sporco,melmoso e con pulci d'acqua. Unica nota positiva è il ristorante Cactus che si trova All'uscita del cottage sulla sinistra dove si mangia benissimo e un bar sulla destra dove di può fare colazione. Per il resto non c'è nulla è isolato da tutto.
