I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Customer service is completely non-existent in this establishment; everything revolves purely around money, and they show no leniency, hiding behind their policies. Due to very unfortunate personal circumstances, I was unable to attend and also couldn't cancel the booking. I kindly requested a review of this situation and even found it reasonable to pay for one night or something similar since they incurred no costs from my absence. However, the staff displayed no empathy and immediately hid behind their policies, stating that a no-show requires payment for the entire booking. Unlike many hotel chains where you might pay for just one night, they insisted on charging for the full booking, even though I booked directly with them and not through an external booking company. Their service orientation is absolutely non-existent, with no willingness to think along or show any empathy. Service-mindedness, consideration, and empathy are at 0.0%.
