Hotel dekat Danau Hồ Trúc Bạch, Hanoi

Hotel ini menonjol karena pelayanannya, mulai dari saat check-in (handuk dingin dan minuman yang sangat dibutuhkan di hari yang panas) hingga makanan (penyajian hidangan Vietnam yang lezat dengan penuh semangat) hingga check-out (oleh-oleh untuk dibawa pulang). Spa hotelnya nyaman, restoran Mia menyajikan makanan yang lezat, dan stafnya berpengetahuan luas dan membantu ketika kami membutuhkan bantuan medis. Lokasinya bagus! Kamar agak kuno dan perlu sedikit perbaikan, dan saya tidak yakin apakah mereka memiliki kebijakan ramah lingkungan tentang penggantian seprai karena seprai saya tampaknya belum diganti.

Needed a good night of test without noise from streets. This was possible on the 7th floor according to the employee. The room was only five meters away from the road and I think the occupancy was about 25% Maximum. And this is royal measured. The window in the bathroom didn't even close. I asked for another room away from the road and with windows that can close. I was offered another room. Again a window that was broken, but I fixed it in a way it's closed now. Lifted up the locking system at the side of the window, but it fell down, so now the window doesn't open anymore. Small window. There's also a big window. Because of having big windows these rooms are being considered to be executive rooms. Never reared about window size influencing the level of hierarchy. But at the other side of the window there's a wall and it's a very creepy hole you stare in. I didn't really feel executive because of that. But still I got the one night of rest I needed to normally open my eyes again. It's creepy when you're so tired that your eyes just can't open anymore. Big fat eyes the next day. Suddenly the younger girl behind the reception approach me with an extreme humble tone of voice telling me that it's actually an executive room. I literally asked myself if they had the gutted attitude to sell me an upgrade. Never mind, relocation is coming anyways. Hanoi is a very dusty city. I mean extremely dusty. So dusty that the damage and harm it causes to visit this place really doesn't make yhe visit feels really worthy. Also the communism is absolutely what didn't suit me personally at all. I am socially more developed. In general I had the impression that they employees where friendly, but it's their job. Not their job to be aggressive as I experienced once when I just asked the question what sports Vietnamese people.like the most. But this was in check out day. And the sinistry in the laugh of the male receptionist towards the taxi driver after they pushed me into.paying more for what I ordered online completely woke me up. But it's also weird yo say that the new owner is less kayak and in the meantime trying to sell me.more nights and saying I should return. I completely don't understand this way of handling. Asking 30% extra for a early check in. I saw yes when booked one or two nights, but when one booked a week then I would give it for free. In my case I understand that I needed to pay more for that 3 hour earlier checking in. But my explanation was clear. I need rest and lay down in normality, instead of walking on the streets wearing me out even more. The option offered didn't have anything to do with customer focus. More customer abuse in the most possible hardcore form. And this was the second accommodation in Hanoi where this abuse happened. I only had two accommodation totally indeed. Yes that's correct fellow traveller. Horror travel horror. Now comes the materialistic reviewing: Beds brand new and 100% awesome and healthy. Spotless clean and even when you refuse room cleaning it still happens. Very need to do that. Amen to the cleaner lady. Welcome Hall is pleasant. Shower is nice. It's very noisy in the front of the building, but I've only seen one room and I know that women follow the extinguishers agenda from Europe and I experienced this extremely in Vietnam. It even makes me feel.Viet Numb. But that's a good sign. 7 days left and at least I've experienced a bit what the U.S. army experienced back then. Viet Numb for me is more like a Tour of Duty. I see a red door and I want to paint it black. Communists not my people.

Hotel Calido terletak di jalan kecil yang indah di Kawasan Tua Hanoi. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat wisata seperti Katedral St. Joseph dan berbagai restoran dan kedai kopi yang indah dengan sangat cepat. Kami juga dikumpulkan untuk perjalanan sehari ke Teluk Halong pada hari terakhir kami di sana! Staf muda di resepsi sopan, ramah dan membantu. Mereka benar-benar melakukan segala yang mereka bisa untuk membantu kami. Satu-satunya hal yang bisa sedikit ditingkatkan adalah sarapannya. Kami tinggal di lima hotel berbeda di Vietnam, dan semua sarapan lainnya lebih banyak dan lebih bervariasi. Beberapa meja lain yang dimasukkan ke dalam ruang makan atau beranda luar juga akan membuat duduk untuk makan menjadi lebih mudah. Selain itu, kami sangat senang.
