"The room of 5,000 yuan a night didn't even have a welcome fruit plate. I stayed for four nights. On the last night, the landline in the room kept ringing, and it rang six or seven times. People were stupid once in an hour. I didn't sleep well with my child. At six o'clock in the morning, I went to the front desk to find someone to argue. My English was not very good, so I asked the guide for help me and the front desk theory. I asked for a free late check-out and didn't sleep well. The hotel agreed to check-out until 6:00 p.m. Compared with other hotels, this is a better hotel in Oahu. Overall, I can only give 6 points. Maybe my requirements are too high. The service attitude of living in Bulgali hotels at this price in China is still very different. There will be a lot of gifts."

"Location was great.
Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?
Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel.
The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again."

"The hotel is 1 block away from the beach. Everything was accessible by walk. Room was clean and big enough. I stayed partial ocean view room and it was pleasant to watch Diamond Head and Sunset from the room. We stayed 4 nights but there was no house keeping service during our stay. But we could ask extra towels and toiletries when needed. Good value for money. I recommend."

TTamuOur family’s second time at Halepuna. Location is great, steps from Waikiki and easy access to everywhere. Has a great infinity pool and hot tub on the 8th floor but not overcrowded like some other hotels. Will stay again next time.

SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience.
First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level.
I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure.
A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised.
Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

TTamuI would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)
