TTamuThe breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

SSabina Chen 63Hotel ini jauh dari persimpangan, dan mudah diakses dengan berkendara. Pusat kota Bellevue hanya membutuhkan waktu lebih dari sepuluh menit berkendara. Terdapat banyak restoran di seberang hotel. Layanan konternya baik dan siap menjawab pertanyaan. Tersedia juga mesin minuman 24 jam dan camilan sore. Sarapannya terdiri dari lumpia segar yang lezat.

Breakfast offered at an onsite restaurant Be aware it's a standard, quick food preparation banquet style.
Bedrooms are large and the hotel is clean, but dated. We stayed in the hotel when it was a Silver Cloud.
Worth staying at again for business or pleasure. Good access to all highways and Bellvue propper.

TTamuWhen we got to the hotel, the front desk assigned a room which was already assigned. When we used the card to get inside the room, there were people already in the room which shocked us a little bit. I’m worried about if the front desk assign the room which is belong to ours to someone else, will it be safe?

TTamu房間衞生很好，雖然不是每天打掃，但你每天把臟毛巾送到前台，隨時可以更換，酒店及時提供了鍋和鏟，還有咖啡壺，一切自理，服務熱情，房間乾淨，早餐是太簡單了，除了兩塊蛋糕其他就是咖啡，熱巧及茶水間的，根本提不上是早餐。總的來説，乾淨，服務態度好，安靜，購物及吃飯相對還可以，有機會還會光顧。

TTamuThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

LLuci LotusIt’s at a convenient location where got quite many shopping places and restaurants nearby to enjoy your time. The hotel is service apartments style which you can cook. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Will book it again when visit Seattle next time!
