Hotel dekat Pusat Atletik Burt Flickinger, Buffalo

Great hotel, location was amazing, staff is very friendly. Would recommend

Petugas kebersihan mengetuk pintu pukul 9, tapi saya masih tidur. Lalu saya memasang tanda ”Jangan Ganggu” di pintu. Mereka mengetuk pintu lagi untuk menanyakan jam berapa check out, tapi saya sudah memberi tahu resepsionis tentang keterlambatan check out. Saya merasa koneksi mereka bermasalah.

Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

Nice service and comfy environment. The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was good, tidy and spacious. Would recommend to all!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s clean, has beautiful grounds, and I love that it has its own history. The rooms are small, but the high ceilings make them feel more open, and the soundproofing is excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The suite was fantastic So spacious and well equipped ‘The Elephant Lady’ on the front desk is absolutely lovely and was so helpful and kind She made an amazing stay for us Thank you :) The free train to downtown just next to the hotel is really useful 👌🏽

Clean rooms, hotel smelled nice, enjoyed a complimentary drink on arrival with snacks. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows, hotel was clean and there was a lot to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the valet parking was a nice change, highly recommend!
