From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. The lobby itself was inviting, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance that set the tone for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, even though the hotel is centrally located. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful details, like the complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee station, which added to the convenience. The breakfast served at the hotel was one of the highlights. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from local Turkish dishes to international favorites. TTamuThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink. About negatives: 1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not. 2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea) 3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment) I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

TTamuThe hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money. However, there are several areas worth mentioning: - location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there - staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase - bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.
