It’s my first trip to Korat city and this hotel has really surprised me. The room is big and everything looks so new and clean. We had a good sleep because the bed was so comfortable. The view and ambience on level 20 was pretty good too. Will choose this hotel if I visit Korat again. The only downside was the carpark. The hotel building does not have a carpark and I had to park my car in the public carpark of Central. Even the designated parking area for the hotel was always full. This doesn’t make any sense and to be honest I was pissed and disappointed about it.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship. I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.

Room is big and bright. Lots of wardrobe spaces for clothes. Bath room is small and congested with toilet divider unusual place. Shower head wrongly place makes the floor rug wet. Wash basin located in the room is so small that gets my feet wet whenever I wash my face. But fridge is double the size of normal room bar. Plenty of space for my beer. But the king size bed must be directly imported from China? Bed is so hard like sleeping on a plywood bed.

The hotel was excellent value for money- Our room was clean and spacious with a very good selection of TV channels. A very good sized bed although maybe the mattress might be a little firm for some guests. Good storage space for clothes and a good sized bathroom- A very good breakfast choice to complete a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Great location in a strategic location to downtown and good vibrant locality. Although the hotel is under mahour refurbishment, the hotel staff was very accommodating. Looking forward to their undated facilities

I had an amazing experience during my stay in Korat at this charming hidden gem. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were not only modern but also impeccably clean. It's conveniently located within a short walking distance of a 7-eleven, and to top it off, they have an adorable coffee shop that serves delicious food.
