TTamuFrom the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!!
Pros:
- Stunning location
- Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic!
- Great breakfast selection
- Food available all day
- Clean
- Staff helpful and friendly
- Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free
- Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing
- Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!)
- Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas
Cons:
- One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists
- No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in)
- No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away)
- Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs)
We would most certainly stay here again!

PPengguna AnonimVery nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

TTamuLove, love, love the view here! Absolutely stunning and peaceful, t’s the perfect place to just relax and do absolutely nothing. The whole hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent — great variety and everything tasted fresh.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay… except for one unexpected guest on my last night mr cockroach that seemed way too confident around humans! It definitely caught me off guard, but aside from that little surprise, everything else was great.

BBrandon MFA bit disappointed of the condition of our roo for the price we paid. The roof of the toilet is leaking as it rains. The wooden boards of the floor in the bedroom is also leaking water when you step on it. The bedsheets and the towel have stains on it...
Called reception a couple times but no-one answered, their app is also useless. In the end had to flag down a staff which came to help us out. She couldn't fix it and tried calling the reception too but no avail. It took 2hours for the reception to reply your message in the app.
The only silver lining is the view of the resort.

XXiamivsdaxiaHotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus, dengan pantainya sendiri, arsitektur ber***a Thailand, dan kamarnya besar dan bersih. Sarapannya banyak dan makanan di restorannya sangat enak. Kopi swalayan sepanjang hari dan air panas sangat enak. Ada banyak turis Eropa dan Amerika yang menginap di sini. Hotel ini dapat memesan tur keliling pulau dan menyewa perahu sangat nyaman. Sangat dekat dengan jalan pejalan kaki. Sangat mudah untuk berjalan-jalan setiap hari. Akan tinggal di sini lain kali. Satu-satunya kelemahan mungkin adalah masalah isolasi suara. Kamar dengan pemandangan laut atau kamar tanpa lantai dua akan menjadi sempurna.
