JJorborI was very excited to stay at this hotel. The room had a wonderful atmosphere, and I was fortunate to receive a room with a high ceiling, which made the space feel even more spacious and airy. The room was also very clean. The only downside was that after spending some time in the room or using the bathroom, a strong sewage odor began to come from the drain. Even with the toilet lid closed, the smell was still quite unpleasant. In terms of transportation, everything was very convenient. You can contact the lobby to arrange transfers around Koh Phangan (for an additional fee). Guests can also access the swimming pool and certain services at other hotels within the same group (additional charges may apply), which makes getting around easier and adds more activities to enjoy. As for the breakfast buffet, there was a wide variety of options available. However, most of the dishes were quite cold, likely because they had been left out for some time. Only the egg station served freshly cooked and warm food.

GGiuseppe PTREsperienza fantastica al Venus Hotel! Il Venus Hotel è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: accogliente, pulito e con un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e sempre ordinate, con tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale è gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, si percepisce che ci tengono davvero agli ospiti.

TTamuLovely hotel and great room decor. Small bathroom but useable. No bugs or mosquitos. Nice pool - bigger than thought as others say it’s “tiny”. Location is tucked away but 10 mins away from centre, so it’s quiet. Not too far from Laundry and good local food if you come out and turn left. Scooter hire here but only when staff at reception.

Качество уборки среднее, персонал почти не говорит по-английски, но с переводчиком проблем не было. Отель находится немного в отдалении от основной дороги на горе, но до ближайших магазинов ехать на байке не более 3х минут. Мы брали байк сразу по прибытию с парома, в районе пирса, поэтому с транспортной доступностью проблем не испытывали.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities. The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay. Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more. Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel. Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.
