Good and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet. The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.

Tuan rumahnya sangat ramah dan ceria, dan rumahnya sangat bersih. Seorang wanita Filipina yang rajin membersihkan rumah setiap hari. Lokasinya juga bagus, mudah dijangkau, dan ada dapur besar untuk memasak. Tentu saja, suasananya juga sangat tenang dan nyaman untuk tidur. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah mereka tidak mengizinkan pakaian dijemur, katanya itu akan memengaruhi penampilan.

Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining.
