Hotel dekat Biara Jeronimos, Lisbon

部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。 しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。 新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。 フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

Lokasi yang layak. Ukuran kamar cukup baik, tetapi lantainya bisa lebih bersih. Selimutnya sangat tipis dan meskipun pemanasnya menyala, saya harus melipat selimut menjadi dua agar saya merasa lebih hangat. Kamarnya cukup berisik, saya bisa mendengar orang-orang berbicara di lorong, kamar mereka, dan lalu lintas di dekat lift cukup ramai. Kamar mandinya lumayan, tekanan air pancurannya bagus, tetapi kontrol suhunya agak sulit diatur. Air wastafel tidak memiliki pilihan air hangat, dan terasa sangat boros setiap kali Anda membutuhkan air dari wastafel, airnya akan terus mengalir hingga mati. Wifi-nya kadang-kadang tidak stabil, tetapi kalau berfungsi, tidak apa-apa. Mereka menyediakan bar dan minuman selamat datang yang menyenangkan, teras luarnya juga tampak cantik. Sarapannya agak mengecewakan: roti panggang, sereal, beberapa buah, serta mentimun dan tomat. Seorang pria meminta kopi dan petugas menunjuk ke mesin dan berkata ”semuanya ada di sana”, tetapi ketika saya melihat mesinnya, semua pilihan kopi mengatakan ”tidak tersedia”. Mesinnya juga perlu dibersihkan. Pilihan tehnya cukup bagus. Lokasinya lumayan, sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki dari awal Avenida da Liberdade. Mereka punya dapur di lantai dasar jika Anda lebih suka memasak makanan sendiri (yang akan lebih baik daripada makan malam yang mengecewakan yang saya alami). Mereka juga menawarkan tur jalan kaki yang keren. Pengalaman khas hostel.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

It was okay for an overnight stay to catch my flight the next morning. It served the purpose for my occasion.

Hotel yang sangat cocok untuk membawa anak-anak karena terdapat beberapa konsol permainan untuk dimainkan anak-anak. Hanya saja agak membingungkan untuk masuk ke tempat parkir. Setelah mendapatkan tiket, tidak terlalu lama menunggu rolling door naik untuk tempat parkir. Letaknya di luar kota Lisbon. Terdapat supermarket yang sangat besar di dekatnya, berjarak 10 hingga 15 menit berjalan kaki.
