All bookings at Nustar Resort include breakfast and access to the Executive Club Lounge located on the 23rd floor of Fili Hotel. Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath. Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm) Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this. Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks. I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction. The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance. Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels. The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a casino player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk. The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay. Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect. Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

We stayed at Seda during the weekend to celebrate valentine's day. Room stay was good, and we were allowed late check out at 1pm. Gym is not big but good enough. Theres also a pool. Location is good Breakfast buffet could be better as food was quite oily. All in all, would stay in Seda again if we return here in the future.

Thank you, Holiday Inn Cebu. My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days. Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work. As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great. I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house. See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

Perfect location near it park. A little run down at some points, but still comfortable clean rooms. Nice rooftop but closed unfortunately. Good daily house keeping available.

Amazing hotel for Cebu travelers! The location is perfect — right in the city center and within walking distance to Ayala Mall. There are also great restaurants and spa/massage salons nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One small area for improvement would be the breakfast, especially the bacon 🥓. It looked and tasted like it had been reheated several times and had lost its appeal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. 4.9/5.0 👍👍👍

Saya menyukai ide dispenser air untuk mengurangi penggunaan plastik. Dapat mengambil air panas, normal dan dingin dari mesin dekat kamar saya 605. Saya merasa sangat akrab ketika saya memutuskan untuk memesan malam di sini. Ketika saya masuk ke kamar saya membuka email saya untuk melihat bahwa saya pernah menginap pada tanggal 21 Maret 2019. Kamarnya sangat besar dan nyaman meskipun bukan barang baru. Pesona hotel dan stafnya masih sama. Sarapan sudah diatur dan sederhana. Restoran tutup pada pukul 21:30 jadi kami harus berjalan keluar untuk makan malam. Mudah mencari tempat makan di sekitar hotel. Dekat 2 mal Robinson di bundaran dan dekat toko serba ada. Setor 1.000 Peso. Lantai 7 memiliki tembok yang sangat tinggi sehingga pandangan terhalang. Kalau mereka renovasi, diharapkan mereka bisa membuat pagar kaca saja.

I staying alone The light is slow dark and im a little scared, also i forgot that only towel and shampoo is available in room no more anything else. A little distance to walk for store etc. but the front disk is really friendly and good. I staying two nights and move to another hotel.
