Hotel dekat Lignon Hill, Legaspi

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems. Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only.

Room was clean. And breakfast was good. There is an on going renovation beside the restaurant. And my room view was not in the side of Mayon. Restroom was difficult to use because water was limited and there was no door to shower area, making the water splash all over at the toilet part.

還行就正常青旅，有毛巾但是洗澡不提供熱水，沒有吹風機，拖鞋有沒有要了一個像是久經風霜的

Hotel staff was good she is helpfull but The management need to focus some point which is below 1.Ac filter should clean because of dust its working slow and consuming more power which is affecting your electricity bill. 2.Bathroom shower need repairing for room no 205 and you need to keep one bucket in the bathroom and some toiletries. 3.Rooms need pest control because there is more ants and other insects come to attack your food if you will keep the food in the table. 4.There is wifi but not working in the room 205 so need network extenders or better wifi connections.

Дружелюбный персонал, заселили в 10 утра. Номер большой и чистый, из окошка видно вулкан. На завтрак силонг и кофе. Хорошее расположение - автовокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы. Из минусов - вайфай пропадает, нет горячей воды, дверь в номер открывается с трудом.
