Hotel dekat Air Terjun Bulalacao, El Nido

I stayed at Z Garden Hotel between 28th Nov and 1st Dec. My stay was absolutely amazing. I arrived on an early morning flight, and despite check in being from 3pm, Remy re assured me that they will do their best to accommodate me within a short time. I left my luggage with reception and went to have some breakfast. By the time I returned my room was prepared and I was blown away at the hospitality of the staff as Remy realised upon check in that it was my birthday a few days before and the staff prepared my room with balloons and decor which left me speechless. The staff at the hotel really epitomise the hospitality and kindness of the people of Philippines. Every day my room would be left spotless and as a solo traveller it had everything I could have needed. Modern, stylish room and the bed was so comfortable. I generally struggle to sleep in Hotels but the bed was really comfortable and a warm space to relax. I was greeted by every staff member that passed by from the reception team, to housekeeping to the security guard at night. Any advice I needed or transport arranged, Remy took absolute care of everything as though I was her own guest and it really leaves a beautiful memory of my travels. It is in a brilliant location, in a quiet relaxing space just a short distance away from the lively scene of El Nido. I hope to return to El Nido in future with my family and without hesitation I will choose to stay at Z Garden Hotel again. Thank you Remy and the entire team for making it a memorable experience and I hope to see you all very soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nacpan Beach Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcome. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. The natural beauty of Nacpan Beach is unparalleled, and the villa's location allows you to fully immerse yourself in this stunning environment. Whether it was a sunrise stroll along the shore or a sunset view from my room, every moment was picture-perfect. One of the most memorable experiences was gazing at the starry sky at night. The clear skies and lack of light pollution make it a perfect spot for stargazing. It was magical to see the stars so vividly, adding a special touch to my stay.

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. 最高のロケーションとスタッフの行き届いたサービスに感謝します。特にレストランからのプール越しの景色は絶景です。朝食は南国の青い海が一日の素晴らしい始まりを後押しし、夕食の美しいサンセットの憧憬は涙を誘うほどです。ヴィラの部屋は掃除が行き届いております、アートが素晴らしいです。決して新しい建物ではありませんがメンテナンスが行き届いているところにオーナーやスタッフの皆さんの誠意を感じ取れます。レストランは混雑するとオペレーションが追いついていないところが唯一の改善点ですが、スタッフの笑顔と美しい景色がそれすら忘れさせてくれます。料理の味は勿論素晴らしいです。また是非お世話になりたいと思います。エル・ニドは最高です。レストランと部屋からの景色を添付します。

Hotel is old. There's an atm at the foot so that's nice. It's situated oddly so you have to walk a bit to gain beach access. The rooms in El nido across the board cost way too much for what they're giving. The water in the showers smell awful. Usually your room won't get cleaned unless you ask. The breakfast was fair. Eggs were good but they ran out of everything so fast. They did try to replace things, they just took a while. The front desk was friendly but not a soul will help you with bags. The bed was comfy and there were no bugs so I guess a win is a win. These hotels are motel 6 standards or less for Hilton prices and that's the real shame.

This is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs. The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour. Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though. The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

Beautiful beach location (Mariemegmeg) about 10 minutes TukTuk drive plus 10 minutes walk through ‘shopping/resort’ centre and then along the beach from El Nido port. (20-30 mins bus TukTuk from El Nido airport). Good value compared to other either very elegant accommodation or incredibly uncomfortable rustic huts or tree houses along this and neighbouring beaches. Our room and facilities were basic but there was lots of hot water in the shower, the air con worked well and the breakfast (extra cost) and meals were fine and the two-for-one cocktails at happy hour (pretty much all day) cocktails were very worthwhile. The restaurant area has fabulous views and you can sit there all day. The sea is warm, though cloudy with sand, and the trick to avoid jellyfish is not to swim when it’s been raining.
