TTimminsTotally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

TTamuThe hotel was located in Barranco, in a in area that was situated near restaurants and the ocean, but a bit of a walk to a bus station. Breakfast started a little late for me, so it pushed my schedule.  My room was a good size. The linens and bathroom supplies were ample and clean.  My primary concern was that the room smelled faintly of mildew and there were no real windows. If I had been on the second floor, this may have been different. It was a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly and attentive.

MMechiThe hotel is incredible, the room was superb, extra comfy. The breakfast amazing and the personnel was super kind and always ready to help and gave us a delicious welcome drink and a cake for my husband birthday. The area is accesible to all the nice neighbourhood of Miraflores. Arriving to the airport was a bit of a challenge, as the city is collapsed with traffic, leave with lots of hours in advance. Thanks for such a lovely stay in Lima!

JJon BarfootThe Crowne Plaza is always my go-to in Lima due ro the convenience of the location to all the restaurants and bars in the Miraflores district that make the Lima experience what it should be. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and the decor of the room is confortable without being too fancy. The guest services here are exceptional and the breakfast is the best meal of the day with a huge range of options.

DDawei 007The location in Barranco is perfect. Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭 Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here

DDawei 007I choose this hostel as it seemed near to the airport. Be warned the area is dire. One night here is enough! Saying tbat the hostel was very welcoming with lovely staff. Room was a good size, clean. Only negative there was no hot water for a shower. Breakfast was simple but for the price you pay very good value. I would stay here again if I had an early flight to catch or was arriving late. DO NOT USE the guys outside airport for a taxi THEY WILL rip you off.UBER and CABIFY both work well, stick with them!👍

TTamuThe housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good. Shower was also quite good. They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed. But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals. That was bad. Breakfast was tasty.
