Hotel dekat Mal Queensbay, Bayan Lepas

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Penang Marjorie Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the kindness of the staff. Every interaction was marked by warmth and attentiveness, making me feel truly welcomed. The room itself was another highlight. It was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable haven to relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities enhanced my overall experience. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. The elevator system was somewhat confusing, especially when trying to navigate to the 4th-floor car park. It often required multiple trips between our floor and the lobby. Additionally, I noticed the elevator lights would occasionally illuminate without actually moving, which added to the confusion. Another area for improvement is the pool service. I attempted to reach out via WhatsApp to request service, but unfortunately, I never received a response. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as I had hoped for a more seamless experience while enjoying the pool area. In summary, while my stay at the Iconic Marjorie Hotel was enjoyable thanks to the wonderful staff and lovely room, I hope they can address the elevator issues and improve pool service for a smoother experience in the future. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Penang!

Karena ini adalah properti Marriott, kamarnya sangat nyaman. Saya berencana pulang ke rumah dengan penerbangan pagi dan bertanya-tanya apakah saya harus naik Grab ke bandara, tetapi staf memberi saya saran yang akurat dan mengatur taksi untuk saya. Meskipun kami tidak dapat menikmati kolam renang karena hujan, ini adalah hotel yang ingin kami kunjungi lagi.

Pertama kali check in di sini anak anak gembira. Private pool sesuai untuk wanita seperti saya. Permandangan yang cantik. Breakfast pelbagai tapi rasa biasa biasa. Kemudahan terbaik la ada permainan bukan saja untuk anak anak untuk pasangan suami isteri pun ada seperti congkak, catur, pantai belakang hotel pun cantik walau tak boleh mandi, bersih nak tenang kan hati sambil layan angin pantai.

As we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

Untuk hotel budget, Anda tidak bisa berharap terlalu banyak. Kedap suara kurang baik, dan fasilitasnya agak ketinggalan zaman. Ingatlah untuk membawa perlengkapan mandi sendiri, seperti sabun, sikat gigi, dan pasta gigi. Saya menginap di kamar double, dan hanya ada dua bantal, tetapi saya membawa boneka beruang sendiri, jadi tidak masalah. Saya tidur cukup nyenyak di malam hari; tempat tidurnya besar dan nyaman.
