"I have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …"

"Very good location, there’s a swimming pool on the roof top. The interior is a bit old fashioned but okeish. They offer late check out that was super convincing since I had late night flight. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself is small, cleaning is every day, providing 2 bottles of water and coffee bag. Oh and there’s a coffee machine. What I didn’t like - was breakfast. It’s sooo poor, the worst I had for all the travels in my entire life."

"I booked at the Exe Alameda Hotel for 3 nights starting on Friday, December 26. I was charged an additional $155 USD solely because the reservation stated two single beds, and I was traveling with my wife and my daughter. My daughter is 7 years old. I was charged extra for adding a third bed, which I consider was unnecessary because we could comfortably fit in the two beds, and I was also charged for a third person. They told me I had to pay because we were three people. Since I was very tired from the trip and did not want to move to a new hotel, I was forced to pay that amount. If you are going to use the Trip platform, I recommend carefully reviewing the conditions and/or services that each hotel offers."

TTamuI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

TTamuIt was so nice to be able to be so close to my gate when I was just traveling through the airport and had a long layover. Once you walk through those doors you wouldn’t even know you were in an airport. It was quiet and very clean.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

TTamuEveryting about this hostel was amazing! They offered a free welcome drink on their beautiful roofop bar, the dormitory room was very comfy with private bathroom. We were only 3 people in a 6 bed dorm. Breakfast was great, with different options. I would definetely come back, good value for the price.
