Hotel dekat Arboretum Singu Daehak, Seongnam-si

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

Saya memutuskan untuk bertemu dengan teman-teman untuk pertama kalinya setelah sekian lama dan memutuskan hotel terdekat untuk beristirahat dengan nyaman. Bangunannya baru, jadi bersih dan stafnya ramah. Saya puas kecuali ketidaknyamanan transportasi umum. Fasilitas lingkungan dan transportasi umum kurang. Saya berniat untuk tinggal lagi.

Saya memesan hotel ini untuk klien bisnis saya. 1. Lokasi cukup bagus karena dekat dengan area Gangnam. 2. Hotel bersih dan tidak ada keluhan tentang hal itu. 3. Staf meja depan ramah. Namun, jika Anda mencoba menghubungi mereka untuk perpanjangan masa inap, sangat sulit untuk menelepon meja depan. Tidak ada respons dalam banyak kasus. Tidak ada pelayan dan tidak ada layanan pramutamu sama sekali. Anda harus membawa tas Anda sendiri, tidak peduli seberapa besar tas itu. Jika Anda mendapatkan kamar untuk klien bisnis Anda, itu bisa sangat memalukan karena mereka tidak menyediakan layanan pramutamu seperti itu. Saya berharap manajemen hotel menambah jumlah karyawan untuk layanan pramutamu. 4. Fasilitasnya bagus.

Staff were very helpful when I showed up at the lobby and helped me with my luggage. The room was really big with a nice bathtub and daily housekeeping was flawless. I especially like the free laundry service for guests who stays for more than 2 nights! Tonnes of food options well within walking distance. I’d love to return for a stay here if I’m back in this area for work :)
