Hotel dekat Kebun Herbnara, Pyeongchang

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

Apartemen yang kami pesan cukup besar, dengan dua tempat tidur dan satu lantai bertingkat. Dengan pemanas lantai, kami tidak perlu khawatir dengan lantai dingin yang tidur di atasnya. Kamar ini memiliki lemari es, microwave, panci dan wajan, sumpit, dan cairan pencuci piring. Anda bisa membeli sesuatu di supermarket di lantai bawah dan memasaknya sendiri, yang jauh lebih murah daripada makan di restoran. Walaupun kamarnya tidak terlalu mewah, namun cukup bersih. Perlu diketahui bahwa tidak disediakan sikat gigi dan sisir.

Saya sangat bersenang-senang mengikuti pelajaran ski, naik kereta luncur, dan berenang bersama kedua putri saya. Saya cepat masuk berkat self check-in dan check-out,👍 Saat saya ditugaskan ke sebuah ruangan di gedung Orange, jalan menuju Desa Salju sangat panjang. Saya bersenang-senang naik kereta luncur. Anak kedua saya mengatakan perjalanan hari ini sulitㅜㅜ Untuk pelajaran ski pertama anak kelas 4 saya, saya bertemu dengan instruktur yang baik dan mempelajari dasar-dasarnya dengan baik^^ Saya mendapat kamar dengan harga murah, jadi lebih baik dari yang saya harapkan. Saya tidak terlalu memikirkannya karena itu adalah tempat untuk tidur. Toko serba ada di dekatnya sangat bagus^^ Sungguh perjalanan keluarga yang sangat memuaskan selama 3 hari 2 malam.
