nearby station, within 5mins walking. room very clean, everynight got free duck soba(80pax) 1st come 1st serve. free welcome drink and free drinks and snack/ice cream @ 5th floor. would definitely stay again, strongly recommnedation

We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

Hotel lain yang saya pesan sudah tutup, jadi saya mengatur kamar sebagai alternatif. Saya terkejut menemukan kamar dengan kelas yang lebih tinggi daripada yang saya pesan sebelumnya. Kalau masuk lewat pintu, ada lorong, toilet, tempat cuci tangan, dan kamar mandi terpisah. Ada juga pintu antara ruang utama dan lorong, dan lemari terbuka dipasang di depannya. Saya terkejut karena kamar itu juga memiliki wastafel besar. Perabotannya sederhana namun ber***a. Begitu masuk ke ruang utama, saya tertawa mendengar ucapan anak itu, ``Kamu boleh tinggal di dalamnya!'', tapi... seperti itulah ruangan itu. Ada pemandian umum yang besar di lantai lain, tapi pemandian di dalam ruangan itu berukuran dan memiliki fasilitas sebesar rumah tangga kecil, jadi ini sudah cukup. Sedangkan untuk amenity merchandise, setiap orang harus mengambil sesuai kebutuhannya, namun pilihan minumannya adalah [teh melati, hojicha, dan teh hijau]. Saya ingin tahu apakah ini merupakan strategi bahwa mereka tidak memiliki teh atau kopi biasa di barisan... Karena itu, saya memberikannya nilai 4 untuk layanannya saja.

Kamarnya relatif kecil, fasilitas kamar mandinya agak tua, dan Anda harus mengatur sendiri air panas dan dinginnya, tetapi tempat tidurnya tetap sangat nyaman. Tersedia pelayan berbahasa Mandarin di meja resepsionis, yang memudahkan komunikasi. Hotel ini memiliki microwave dan mesin cuci, yang praktis untuk akomodasi sehari-hari. Modern and new hotel located a short walk from Sendai station and Loople bus stop. Relatively small rooms but comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the separated dry and wet areas in the bathroom with onsen style faucet and tub. Complimentary coffee machine available from 1300-0100 and help yourself to bath amenities available in the lobby.

Sendai has become my second favorite city in Japan. It offers the perfect blend of chill and urban vibes — not as crowded as Tokyo, Osaka, or Sapporo, yet equally lively and enjoyable. This capsule hotel is located right along the main business street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. There’s even an Ichiran Ramen just next door, and a famous Taiyaki shop only a 2–3 minute walk away. Sendai Station is about a 10-minute walk from the property. However, one downside is the confusing luggage policy. The hotel rules state that large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so I rented a chain lock (JPY 100) to secure my suitcase in the hallway. Despite this, many guests still brought their bags inside, so the rule seemed inconsistently enforced. For guests like me who followed the policy, it was a bit inconvenient since my capsule was quite far from the hallway and it was troublesome to retrieve my belongings each time.
