TTamuPlace is convenient to all the different shopping streets in Takamatsu. It's quite a distance away from the pier for walking, but there are many different bus services available so it's at max a 16 minutes away from main station and there is a bus stop point right in front of the hotel. Hotel feels relatively new, the standard double room is small but comfortable. Recommended!

PPengguna AnonimWe have stayed in many Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Japan, and we’ve trusted the Daiwa Roynet brand very much. However, the Takamatsu property is the worst we’ve experienced so far, and after this stay we will be more cautious about choosing to stay at Daiwa Roynet in the future.
The facilities are very old and urgently need refurbishment. The cleanliness of our room was also quite shocking. There was hair in the bathroom and bathtub, and hair on the pajamas they provided, as shown in the photo. There were stains throughout the room as well. The bedding used is also smaller than the bed as shown in the picture.
If you’re planning day trips to the islands, the hotel isn’t very close to the port. There are plenty of shops nearby, though, so the overall location is ok.

TTamuThe hotel is about 20~25 mins walk away from the JR rail station. The facility is on average. Room is small but is fully equipped. I am traveling with my wife and the double bed is small even for our Asian sizes. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. We stayed at Dormy Inns at other locations and have much more varieties and choices than this one at Takamatsu . Putting another set of pillows in the room will be welcomed by most guests.

Hotel ini memiliki tempat parkir sendiri tetapi biayanya agak lebih mahal daripada yang lain, 1200 yen per malam, tempat parkir lain per jam mungkin sekitar 800 yen (8 malam hingga sekitar 9 pagi keesokan harinya)
Kedap suara hotel relatif buruk karena kamar dekat dengan lift sehingga banyak orang yang keluar masuk dapat mendengar suaranya.
Biasanya bersih, ada perlengkapan bilas, tapi ruangannya kecil.
Sangat dekat dengan Yashima atau Shodoshima. . Sangat nyaman.

JjbbfbbThe experience was good enough the hotel and the food wasn’t too bad. The hot spring on the top floor is an absolute delight and we didn’t stay in the room much we were almost out, so it was just a place for us to rest our feet and get a good night sleep and that just did the trick. Everything was fine hotel staff were good. Everything was great.

TTamuThe hotel is only a few mins away on foot from JR Takamatsu station. The room (a double-bed room for a single traveler) is small and dated but in terms of cleanness and comfort, it still is quite alright. The hotel offers free drink in the lobby in the evening, which seems to be a common practice nowadays in Japan's business hotels. There are a number of restaurants nearby and the main pedestrian shopping street is also just less than 10 mins away. To sum up, if you need to be near the JR Takamatsu station or Takamastu port for a short stay, this is a very affordable choice. Reminder: if you need to catch airport bus to Takamatsu Airport in the morning, go to the starting stop which is located at the main road outside of the ferry terminals. The bus, in my experience, was fairly empty when I boarded at the starting stop, but quickly filled up after the 3rd stop and you might need to wait for the next one.
