THe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.

房間整潔、床鋪舒適，擺設簡約但不失品味，毛巾摺成天鵝造型增添溫馨感。 房內設施齊全，電梯雖小但實用，空間利用得當，適合短期住宿。 位於市中心，交通便利，步行可達多個景點與餐廳。 房間與公共區域皆維持高水準清潔，令人安心。 員工親切，入住流程順暢，門口設有多個門鈴與對講機，顯示管理細緻。 歷史建築風格濃厚，門口獅頭門環與鐵藝樓梯增添古典氣息，氛圍溫馨典雅。

Location is quite good, within 10 minutes of walking from Firenze SM Novella; there’s also a self-service laundry opposite the hotel. Convenience stores and restaurants next to/nearby hotel. Breakfast spread: acceptable. Only 1 small complaint: wifi to my room was not good, had to go to common area on ground floor for better connection.

샤워실에 유리문이 반밖에없어서 물이 밖으로 세어나가 계속 닦아줘야 했습니다. 그래서 시설은 3점으로 선택 했습니다. 위치는 우피치 미술관이나 피렌체 대성당이 20분정도 걸어야 해서 3점으로 선택 했습니다. 마트가 근처에 있어서 편리했습니다! 서비스는 친절하긴 했는데 이탈리아어로 밖에 대화가 안돼서 의사소통에 불편함이 있었어서 3점으로 선택 했습니다. 청결도는 전반적으로 깨끗해서 4점으로 선택 했습니다.
