Hotel dekat Stasiun Kereta Newcastle, Newcastle

The hotel staff were very friendly & very attentive, which was lovely. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice to have a lot of space. The shower pressure was great and the room & bathroom was very clean. The bed was very lumpy/had a dip in it, so unfortunately, wasn't the best night's sleep and I woke up with a bad back, but this may have just been the room I was in. The breakfast in the morning was average compared to other breakfast buffet's I have had in hotels recently but the atmosphere was very chilled. For a one night stay, the hotel did the job.

I have stayed in numerous cities in uk & Europe in this hotel chain and for the first time time I was disappointed with the bathtub standard it was in poor shape I'm afraid to say

Absolute brilliant hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming, can I just say, paul on reception was an absolute legend, as I rang up in the morning to request an early check-in as we arrived after 12 and check-in wasn't untill 3, but paul put a lock on our room, so it was ready for us when we arrived, give that man a raise. Perfect location and comfortable rooms, will deffo recommend, and if im visiting Newcastle again, I think this hotel will be my first choice, depending on price. I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time. Cheers!
