滿分酒店！房間寬敞，歐洲很少這麼寬敞的房間的酒店。乾淨整潔，裝修新，漂亮！服務很好！前台服務員很忙，但也照顧的非常周到！面帶微笑讓我們感覺很温暖！對中國人友好！地理位置方便，酒店開車2分鐘左右有一家奧利奇就是Aldi超市，商品食物都很便宜，同樣方向，開車1分鐘有一家中餐：Wok 168，自助餐，菜炒的很好吃，國內味道，有大蝦好吃！很多品種！非常棒！去科爾馬市內開車10分鐘左右。酒店免費停車。性價比很高！推薦！

Very close to the downtown, really clean, and excellent service; we were told that parking was full, thus, we had to do a street parking. We had a false alarm on our car 3am. It would be better if there is a way to reserve a parking spot through Trip.com more conveniently.

It is full of history and the hotel is an art. Old mansion style hotel that the breakfast is a must where you can expect fine dining environment. Highly recommended but do not carry heavy luggage or oversize luggage due to narrow staircase between room or a very small elevator while to expect to walk stairs one after another to reach your room. But the strategic location and scenery is super amazing and walking distance to railway station approx less than 700m and easily access to a few sight seeing villages by grab from the hotel. Recommended that Colmar and this hotel is an antic to visit.

The location is great, very central and the paid parking garage is very close by. Even though we had booked with parking, parking apparently was full. The hotel as such is pleasant but outdated and needs a refurbishing. The door between hotel room and aisle is not insulating at all so you can hear any conversation outside. Beds are not great but ok. What we did like was the ability to drop off our luggage at the storage room.

We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

一次非常完美的住宿。 酒店房間非常的寬敞和乾淨，房間裏還配有咖啡機。前台英文很不錯服務也非常周到，唯一不足的是因為酒店很新，他們自己的餐廳和咖啡廳還沒有開業，但離酒店20米遠的街角就有一家很不錯的咖啡廳，所以完全不影響住宿質量。酒店因為在城區中心，沒有自己的停車位，周圍及鄰近的主街都有停車位，價格也很便宜。 我們剛好趕上橄欖的採摘季，酒店還貼心的為我們安排了他們老闆自家橄欖園參觀及親自採摘體驗，並在橄欖園安排了他們自家橄欖油品嚐野餐，之後還參與了自己採摘的橄欖在橄欖油榨取作坊的製作全過程。人生第一次體驗橄欖油製作，非常的令人難忘。中間正好趕上同行夥伴生日，酒店還安排了驚喜花束和紅酒，真的很貼心。

15 minuti di macchina per arrivare Colmar molto comodo . Pulizia ottima e camera piccola ma molto accogliente . Mi sono trovata benissimo . Se torno soggiornerò ancora lì .
