AAllyYSWe had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.

JJaniceRoom prices were crazy during the NYE period, so we were really pleased to have snagged a good deal with Ibis considering the relatively good standards of the hotel. The room’s design was cute which was a bonus but more importantly, its location was pretty good and staff were nice and friendly too. Housekeeping service was not the best upon check-in, but we didn’t request for housekeeping service during our stay so can’t comment on that. Amenities were pretty minimal or even lacking as there was no mini fridge nor kettle & cups. However, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lift corner so that makes up for the lack of kettle and in fact is a good idea since it’s environmentally-friendly. Would be good if the hotel could provide some cups though. Overall, a v enjoyable stay and would recommend Ibis to all coming to Seville!

IismaelMEl apartamento está en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de las Setas de la Plaza de la Encarnación, así que la ubicación es excelente. El apartamento tiene absolutamente de todo: menaje para la cocina, amenities en el baño, armario fuera de la habitación, planchero y plancha, toallas, edredón y dos almohadas por cada cama. La habitación dispone de un balcón pequeño que da la calle y aire acondicionado. El salón es amplio con televisión y un gran ventanal, totalmente insonorizado, muy luminoso que da a la Plaza del Cristo Burgos, desde donde se puede ver las Setas de la Encarnación. El baño era amplio y muy limpio todo. El apartamento es de lo mejor que me he alojado en Sevilla hasta hoy día. Luminoso, espacioso y justo frente a la parroquia de San Pedro. Y la ubicación? Inmejorable. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de la Encarnación (las setas). En general, no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo en estos apartamentos. Un fin de semana muy gratificante. La llegada automatizada quizás sea algo liosa. Pero hay dos grandes profesionales en recepción que te ayudarán en todo.

SShijiewuxianda^_^Semuanya bagus, tempat tidur sangat nyaman, lobi hotel restoran dengan variasi yang cukup, di dekatnya juga terdapat Burger King, KFC dan supermarket Aldi. Ada dispenser air di lobi untuk menyediakan air minum gratis, dan ada ruang cuci di lantai 1 (saya tidak pakai) Sarapan rata-rata Apakah 6 atau 8 euro untuk satu malam di tempat parkir bawah tanah?

PPengguna AnonimYou can’t really beat the location of this hotel. It’s smack in the middle of a shopping area. Other than that, everything’s pretty straightforward. The walls are thin so it gets noisy sometimes. The rooms are incredibly small. The bath/toilet doors are a bit translucent (just in case it matters to you, it’s worth knowing that before booking). They have luggage storage services so it’s convenient when arriving earlier than your booking or if you want to roam around after checking out. Free water and sweets in the lobby and a coffee place within the hotel grounds (not the best, but it’s okay). Good hotel but I’ll probably explore other options in Sevilla next time.
