We booked the Doublebed 3 for a night.
The room was really lovely and clean.
The entire environment was peaceful.
The hostel was thoughtfully decorated and exude the Zen atmosphere which was exactly what we were looking for.
There is a bus station just right in front of the hostel, which is very convenient.
The owners were exceptionally kind and accommodating.
We arrived at the hostel quite late in the evening and most restaurants were about to close. They kindly called a nearby restaurant and asked them to stay open a bit longer for us, which we truly appreciated.
Our journey wouldn't felt as complete without our stay here. If we have a chance to visit Hangzhou again, we will definitely stay at this hostel again.

Good location if you wish to stay within the west lake attraction. 10mins walk to the 灵隐寺 and also cable car station to the 财神庙. However , do note that there are no private hailing service during the weekend and you have to take bus out of the zone for you to take the Didi. The owner of the hotel is very helpful and pleasant. It was a nice stay overall, very different vibe from staying in the city. Do note that the place has no lift so if you bring big luggage, will be a bit of a hassle.

This hotel is truly exceptional.
Despite our late arrival, the staff welcomed us with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. When we were unsure where to dine, a member of staff graciously accompanied us on foot to a nearby restaurant.
The following morning, they arranged a complimentary taxi to a most convenient location close to the subway, where taxis are easily available. What impressed us further was their thoughtfulness: ten minutes before our departure, they came personally to our room to kindly remind us and ensure we were ready.
Breakfast, too, was exquisite—every detail of our stay was simply perfect.

The location is near Lingyin Temple and Fei Lai Feng. However, due to the closure of the roads, we were unable to get a taxi to drive us into the hostel on our first night (Sat). We were stuck somewhere outside about 1.5 km away with all our luggages. We had to wait till the curfew was over before we could hail another taxi to enter the area. It was a scary experience as it was about to rain too. So do take note of the road closure timings. Quaint set up in the hostel with all the necessary amenities — even a toilet with bidet.

TTamuFuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

DDavid PHBeautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area.
The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

TTamuWe had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!

WwendrasoThe hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the West Lake and adjacent to the Intime Mall—perfect for exploring Hangzhou.
We stayed in a suite (Room 1602), which was very spacious and comfortable. However, we did experience a minor issue with the air conditioning, which stopped working in the middle of the night.
The biggest letdown was the breakfast service during the October Holiday. While we understand the hotel was at full capacity, the breakfast experience was a complete nightmare. The restaurant was severely overcrowded, with more tables crammed in than the space could comfortably hold. To our surprise, staff were asking guests to share tables with strangers. With large banquet halls available on the same floor, it was frustrating that a more suitable space wasn't opened to accommodate the crowd. For future peak periods, the hotel should either find a better way to manage breakfast or consider not offering it, as the experience was so unpleasant we would rather skip it altogether.

TTamuOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements.
