Ada dapur, tetapi tidak ada peralatan masak (panci, sendok garpu, piring, panci atau sejenisnya… jadi dapur tidak terlalu berguna, kulkas saja sudah cukup). Kamar tidak sepenuhnya bersih. Banyak debu di alas dinding, di bawah tempat tidur, di belakang meja samping tempat tidur, di dapur yang tidak digunakan, di tempat tisu. Pemandangan dari balkon bagus, tetapi tidak ada kursi atau meja kecil. Staf di resepsionis sangat ramah dan membantu.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my recent visit to Shenzhen. The location in Futian is incredibly convenient - close to the metro stations, shopping centers, and business districts, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were professional and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their English proficiency made communication smooth for international travelers. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of both Western and Chinese options, and the dining area was kept clean throughout service hours. I also appreciated the reliable WiFi throughout the property and the efficient air conditioning system. 不住不知道，一住才發現，首先酒店位置還不錯，樓下買東西很方便，都是本地居民，物價也很便宜，但是正因為樓下都是本地居民，玻璃不隔音，天天早上打牌的人聲音很大，買菜阿姨叔叔的聲音都能聽到，房間內桌子是壞的，水池是發黴的，蓋的被子很薄，墊的被褥也很薄，沒有熱空調，第二天早上起來直接發燒了，雖然性價比很高，深圳寸土寸金但是希望房東改善

This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

TTamuI was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. TTamuAlthough the resort was extremely pricy, the upgrade from the suite to the terrace absolutely blew our minds! The expansive water view from the terrace is unbelievable! The room was clean and the cleaning staff was extremely accommodating, as was reception. The only concern is an issue where some guests were smoking nearby our room (and even in the hallway) and the smoke was billowing into our room even with our door closed! We wish they would have investigated the issue instead of simply sending a cleaner to spray deodorizer in our space because I suffer from allergies. Other than that, there were no major issues. Also, the buffet was delightful and varied! We would be happy to return to the resort. The gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and the beach were excellent, too!

QQualityHotelGuyOke, banyak yang ingin saya katakan tentang Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen - sebuah hotel dengan fasilitas mewah tetapi tidak menyediakan sarapan dasar… Pengering rambut Dyson, wastafel toto, air kemasan gelas semuanya di bawah yang diharapkan. MO shenzhen menggunakan merek perlengkapan sanitasi yang sangat canggih, dapat diandalkan dan dirawat dengan sangat baik. Saya sangat pilih-pilih mengenai perlengkapan sanitasi dan kebersihan dan saya belum melihat adanya masalah. Kudos kepada tim rumah tangga. Saya memesan kamar petualangan kebun binatang selama sehari, yang nyaman untuk anak-anak bermain. Suasananya super bagus, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, dan pemandangannya indah dari jendela. Lokasinya di area CBD Shenzhen, jadi pusat perbelanjaan, makanan, dan transportasi sangat nyaman di sekitarnya. TTamuThe location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
