TTamuOverall, our stay was fine, but there were a couple of issues. The bedside cabinet was noticeably dirty, which affected the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, our room was located near a vending machine, and the noise from it was slightly disruptive.

CCindyTsangSaya suka menginap di Sheraton ini karena letaknya tepat di seberang pintu masuk bandara, terhubung ke Terminal 3 hanya dengan berjalan kaki 1 menit. Suasananya sangat santai, dan fasilitas kamarnya sangat nyaman. Saya suka kasurnya dan kamar mandinya, yang empuk dan memiliki tekanan air yang kuat. Saya ingin kembali lagi lain kali, tetapi perlu diingat bahwa sarapan hanya tersedia ala carte dengan harga CAD$25. JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

TTerriWGreat location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient

SSandra MacauStayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldn’t find it. Need to go down and only then you’ll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldn’t get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but there’s not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they don’t reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting.
The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant.
The room is not that big but it’s usually just for a night stay and it’s enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good.
The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didn’t had time to try it.
Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. There’s eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and that’s the time the restaurant opens.
I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport.

TTamuI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

TTamuThe “airport” part of the name here refers to the fact that you can get a shuttle to the airport from the hotel. It’s a little frustrating that it’s so far away from the actual airport.
The room was clean and well appointed, with a fridge and microwave, tv and clock radio. Beds clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the restaurant but the lobby area was clean and well lit. The wifi was fast.

JJackie V.If you are a transit traveller, this is a convenient place to stay since it is very close to the airport. However, if you plan on checking out the downtown area of Toronto, try to stay in a place nearer the central district. The room is comfortable and clean. The free airport shuttle service as well as the free breakfast is a plus. The only disappointing factor was the check in. When we were checking in, the person who checked us in was busy talking to her colleague, and was not attending to us. Mind you they were talking about personal things and not about work. It took some time before she acknowledged us and asked if we are checking in. They also programmed our key card with the incorrect departure date so we got locked out and had to get new key cards. This they did 3 times for a 4 night stay. The saving factor was Rufa who was working at the convenience store and the pizza restaurant. She was very helpful and friendly and their food was great. I suggest the zesty chicken if you are end up staying and eating there.

VVishnuBKNU Airport Toronto Hotel in Mississauga is an ideal choice for weary travellers. Its convenient location near Pearson Airport makes it perfect for a restful night’s stay.
The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles.
A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door.
The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file.
I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.
