Hotel dekat Mal Al Wahda, Abu Dhabi

Saya baru-baru ini berkesempatan menginap di Marriott Downtown Hotel di Abu Dhabi dan harus saya akui, itu adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Saya memesan kamar twin di lantai 19 dan saya sangat senang dengan keluasan kamarnya. Kamarnya tidak hanya besar tetapi juga sangat bersih, sehingga memberikan lingkungan yang nyaman bagi keluarga saya. Salah satu hal yang menonjol dari masa inap saya adalah keramahan dan kesediaan staf meja depan. Mereka berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk memastikan kebutuhan kami terpenuhi, yang membuat proses check-in lancar dan menyenangkan. Keramahtamahan mereka yang hangat benar-benar meningkatkan pengalaman kami secara keseluruhan. Anak-anak saya juga bersenang-senang selama kami menginap. Fasilitas hotel sangat cocok untuk keluarga dan mereka senang menjelajahi fasilitasnya. Secara keseluruhan, saya bersenang-senang di Marriott Downtown Hotel dan saya dapat dengan yakin mengatakan bahwa saya akan kembali pada perjalanan saya berikutnya ke Abu Dhabi. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi siapa pun yang mencari tempat menginap yang nyaman dan ramah keluarga! 😍

VOGO / The Lounge • review 11 SEP 2025 Our Room was impeccable. In the morning, we decided to have a light breakfast at ”The Lounge”: we ordered, among coffee and other items, a smoked salmon bagel, which was delicious and served by our host Osman, whose demanour, knowledge, and overall attitude and customer engagement was outstanding - six stars for him! One word about the smoked salmon bagel: as a bagel connoisseur, and despite the dish's excellent taste and presentation, I'd like to note that the dough used for the bagel is not the typical stiff, high protein, yeasted dogh normally used when baking bagels. I recommend to use the correct dough in the future, slightly toast the bagel before serving, and also add a bit more cream cheese as well as a sprig or two of dill - otherwise, the dish was top notch, and as I already mentioned, the service was exceptional!

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, dekat dengan banyak tempat dan tepi sungai Hotel ini juga menawarkan parkir gratis dengan Layanan Valet. Saya sarankan untuk menginap di hotel yang indah ini, terutama jika Anda sedang berlibur singkat. Stafnya ramah dan tersenyum kepada Anda Hanya berharap proses check-in lebih cepat, saya seharusnya menerima kamar pukul 2 siang, tetapi saya menerimanya pukul 2:45 Resepsionis hotel meng-upgrade kamar saya secara gratis ketika saya meminta tempat tidur ganda, bukan 2 tempat tidur tunggal, yang merupakan kamar yang sangat bagus. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi

We are so glad and happy to stay in this 5 star hotel. All thanks as well to Filipino hotel reservations who upgraded our hotel stay from standard to junior suite. The room is nice and big , clean and comfortable stay .

Hotel ini memiliki fasilitas yang bagus. Terutama barnya, Heroes sangat bagus... Lokasinya mengagumkan. Petugas concierge dan petugas lobi sangat membantu. Tim resepsionis, terutama Kim, sangat baik dan membantu. Dia melakukan pekerjaan yang hebat dan memberi kami kamar suite yang bagus. Kami diberi fasilitas yang bagus di suite untuk bulan madu kami, jadi kami benar-benar mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang tak terlupakan di sana.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.
