The rooms are modern and well-designed, and it has a great bathroom and spacious shower. The location is perfect for walking 5 minutes into the historic center of town, where there is a pedestrian shopping street, many restaurants and even more gelaterias. There is street parking with some sections free and the paid meters for the blue lined sections, and after 20:00 you don’t have to pay. There is no elevator and the rooms are two flights up from the street. The first floor is a hair salon. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi Internet superb and we enjoyed the breakfast of cornettos, cappuccinos, juice and packaged toasties. Great housekeeping too.

We had no expectations coming into Lamezia Terme and were pleasantly surprised in so many ways. The hotel was a little tricky to find, look for the signs above the street level. Once we walked up and check in, Mariano was an absolute delight. We parked right in front of the hotel and the room was beautiful and clean. Shower was great. Excellent walking location. Mariano gave us great tips and served us a beautiful breakfast. Highly recommend!

J ai adoré séjourner dans cet hôtels. Le gérant est très arrangeant et d’une gentillesse à rendre votre séjour des plus mémorables. J y retournerai à coup sûr! Les chambres sont propre et moderne à la fois. Et l’hôtel est bien placé à proximité de tout!

Un boutique hotel elegante nel centro di Lamezia Terme. Camere luminose ed arredate con classe e funzionali per il lavoro. Colazione servita in camera da un padrone di casa cortese e simpatico. Parcheggio su strisce blu disponibile. Un esperienza da provare.

Ho soggiornato due notti. Centralissimo, a due passi dal corso e dal teatro. Camera pulita, letto confortevole. Frutta fresca in camera come anche la colazione. Accoglienza e simpatica lametina, una garanzia!

La Residenza Cassoli è il posto giusto per sentirsi un po a casa. L'ospitalità e l'accoglienza sono una piacevole sorpresa. Qui sono i dettagli a fare la differenza: dal cesto di benvenuto al pasticcino locale. La posizione è ideale per vivere il centro.

Davvero una bella struttura, piccola, ma nuova, pulita e confortevole. Il proprietario è gentile e ti fa sentire a casa, cosa fondamentale quando ti sposti tanto per lavoro. Un punto fisso in cui tornare. Consiglio? Da aggiungere alla colazione in camera (viene servita lì perché non c'è la sala), l'opzione colazione salata.
