Days Inn by Wyndham Lake Park/Valdosta

Room had updated flooring, nice wood look. However the bathroom was far from updated. The grout and tub were pretty bad to say the least. Bed was not very comfortable, but doable. The breakfast was great and staff seemed friendly. Good budget friendly stay.

Drain was clogged with lumps of hair paint peeling on door sheets dirty was charged an extra $100 for a hold

I chose this hotel because it had a 7.4/10 rating and was cheaper than other hotels. -i walked in and was greeted by a cockroach on the wall. -the refrigerator is completely rusted out. -when i pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs, i found stains all over the mattresses. -the shower seems as it has never been cleaned- and honestly, i would t even step in to shower bc it was so dirty. -if you read reviews, you will see a 2/10 -then out of nowhere you will find a 10/10. These 10/10 reviews have to be fake to keep the ratings up. There is absolutely NO WAY anyone would rate this gross hotel a 10/10. -the pictures are completely deceiving and makes it look like the hotel is updated. -pay the extra money and stay somewhere nice!

Yall this is the Days Inn not the Hilton. Please don't come here expecting unreal expections from this establishment and then get on here and vent that it wasn't up to your standards. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Jay, who worked the front counter was AWESOME!!! One great surprise was the breakfast. We were expecting the traditional continental breakfast, which they had those items, but we were pleasantly surprised to have a hot breakfast. Plus, we showed up at 8:50 one morning and Jay made sure we had everything we wanted from the breakfast area. One constructive criticism that I could give might be that the sink in our room had a big crack in it, and the fridge kept making a popping sound. Obviously, these were not major issues and I still gave this place a 5 out of 5. We had our little 5lb chihuahua with us, and the hotel was very accommodating. We didn't get to swim, the weather was too cold. Lol. But the pool area was very clean and looked nice. Lobby area was very clean and no weird smells. Again, please don't stay here and complain because they aren't up to Hilton standards. This is a very nice Days Inn, probably the nicest one I've ever stayed at. And we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Front desk personnel was very nice. Couch in room was sketchy as was the bathtub. Bed was excellent, very comfy. A/c was the quietest I’ve ever heard.

Did not appreciate having a room next to a large group of motorcyclists. WithThey were sitting in chairs in the parking lot a Children in walkers and playing in street. Teens riding dirt bikes up and down the parking lot. Asked to please change rooms and was told they were v ery busy and the noise would be done by 10 pm. Receptionist didn't even try to relocate us.

The fixtures were all rusted and the sink had a bag to catch water. The handle on the shower were not working and setting the water temperature was a challenge. The bed was comfortable. TV only worked so so many channels were fuzzy. Too many "lights" in the room from behind the tv cable? bathroom, outside. The location was very noisy and you could hear showers , flushing, conversations, and street noises :(

Hotel in poor condition. Bad smell in room, water was brown coming out of faucet, noisy. Would never stay here again. Definitely not worth what we were charged.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. The place was not clean. There were holes in the walls, the ceiling was crumbling, there was rust on the fridge, and even the shower curtain rod through holes were broken. There was a wooden shim forced between the HVAC unit & the wall. It was so bad, we were forced to leave and seek other accommodations. When I complained, the front desk staff said the room was fine, then told me there were no other rooms (but then we could have a room w/a double bed! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
