Ulasan Hawea Hotel

Location is near the Hokitika iconic landmark beside the beach. You can hear the waves and wind when you sleep, hence may not be suitable for people who are light sleepers. This hotel has all the necessary amenities and the front desk receptionist is friendly.

非常卓越的體驗！！距離dt非常近，走路大概15分鐘！！ 房間面積超級大20平米！！ 而且電視可以看，還有燃氣春天非常暖和！！ 門口就是櫻花樹、雪山、草甸，所有景色融合在一起簡直太絕了！ 強烈推薦大家選擇，很無敵！

房間是老式的木屋，景色非常好 服務熱情 食物很不錯，啤酒很好喝

房間地理位置很好，停車場很開闊，出門就是湖哈威亞的徒步小道，但是酒店的衞生實在堪憂，衞生間和公共廚房不敢恭維，希望老闆能好好維護一下，不要辜負這麼好的風景

比較高級的motel，圖哈威亞湖人少。去前台拿自己的鑰匙就可以去入住了，車可以停在房間門口，挺方便的

Honestly an average experience. It started out nice as the view was amazing and I could see the view from the windows. the reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because there was a bug infestation. I could probably understand that it could've happened because it was near a lake. But there was so many bugs in every single room. it had a balcony/deck but one of the chairs didn't have some screws in so it wasn't suitable for sitting. The lake nearby was swimming conditions. Overall experience could be better but was still average.

Stayed here for one night on our tour of the South Island Great room with fantastic views Although the room was a bit tired everything worked and was sparkling clean and for the money for 3 adults (295 NZ$) we felt it was very worth it. Staff friendly Didn’t go to the restaurant but looked ok Has a lot of family things in it ie outdoor play equipment for the kiddies etc

We broke up our drive by stopping here for the night. The rooms were good with a nice view of the lake. The balcony didn’t feel super safe but the view made up for it. Comfortable and clean we enjoyed it. The meal at the pub was fantastic and all staff super friendly!

A little off the beaten track, but a local gem with great views over the lake. Lots of indoor seating to beat the cold and a few outdoor tables for those wanting a drink and feed and to enjoy the views. Had a quick stop and a crisp local wine to check things out.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with friends in another room. The rooms a big with upstairs with a queen and single and a super king down stairs. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help and make our stay enjoyable. Somethings need updating ie carpet and could do with a paint, but understand owners to over at the start of COVID so not much money in the pot to do these things. Rooms were very clean, and suited us very well. We will definitely be back

The view is beautiful unfortunately that is the only positive. We booked the refurbished room and it is anything but, the carpets are worn and filthy, the bathroom has water damage. Basically the rooms is not at a good standard whatsoever. Paid $300 a night for this due to it being Easter weekend. Such a disappointment and disgrace they even advertise it as a refurbished room.

View from the hotel room is just breathtaking. Very peaceful & tranquil place to stay in after a long and delayed international flight. The unit sleeps 6, but I think it can comfortably sleep 3, as there is only 1 cabinet to keep clothes and no hooks to hang any bath towels in the bathroom, so to have 6 people in the unit is a big squeeze. Though the restaurant was closed by the time we got there, the person in charge got the kitchen staff to serve us a delicious meal of fish n chips, cheeseburger and pizza. Very friendly & good service.

This was a gem of a place with lovely views, set close to beautiful Lake Hawea. The pub offered delicious and reasonably-priced meals and the staff here were friendly and helpful. Our group of 4 had a fun time joining in their trivia night. We also stayed in the Lodge at the hotel. Rooms were very reasonably priced, small, but quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen / dining area was well set out also. We would definitely stay here again.
