This was my second work trip at Hotel One Lahore... They have been thoroughly hospitable... I would like to mention Saniya Qamar, she was not only professional but had this energy/vibe that genuinely made me feel welcomed... she is proactive and solution orientated... Saniya also saved our team from falling into pieces at Hotel One FSD due to mistake on our organisation part. Thank you. Hotel One needs to improve their food menu and taste.

The building itself has a pleasing aesthetic, resembling a well-designed guesthouse rather than a commercial plaza. From the security guards to the front desk and service staff, everyone was polite, well-trained, and professional, ensuring a welcoming experience. My room was well-maintained, offering a spacious interior with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The ambiance of the room added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast menu was good, though adding more variety would enhance the options for guests. However, the serving staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel One for its central location, cozy ambiance, and exceptional hospitality.

My partner and I spent Valentine's Day at Hotel One The Mall, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel's ambiance was romantic and cozy, with beautiful decorations and soft lighting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the complimentary chocolates and flowers We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the service was from SANIYA top-notch she gives us extraordinary services the way she great to us and till last step she give us great services for we give 10 stars

The check in journey to the check out journey was amazing. Saniya Qamer was very helpful. The staff had lot of gender diversity which was quite appreciated. They took care of my comfort. They served coffee on arrival. The hotel was safe space for single women.
